February 8, 20251 yr Hello, I love Sky Dolly's simplicity for recording flights, but with the PMDG (and presumably Fenix), it cannot record things like flaps, spoilers, reverses, lights, etc. Is there anything better out there? February 9, 20251 yr Have you updated FCR recently? I find it much more stable with 2024 and the Fenix.... and very smooth.....
February 9, 20251 yr You should never pay for a replay tool as the other sims offer it for free. Go to FS.to and download flight recorder for free.

Right, there's at least another Recorder available at Flightsim.to for free. Do a search and you'll find all of them. I'll also never pay for a recorder tool. February 10, 20251 yr There are recording tools and there are recording tools. As noted by @MikeV1 above, if the tool cannot record all the external visual aspects of a complex aircraft (Fenix or PMDG) then to me it is useless. Funnily enough, FSRecorder back in the FS9/FSX days did this very well with PMDG aircraft - without issue. Edited February 10, 20251 yr by ErichB
