March 30, 20251 yr Commercial Member That usually happens when you’re using someone else’s copy of x-plane. Which is a definite no-no. If you purchased a legitimate copy, you’ll need to contact support.

I am having the same issue and I sure as heck know I am not using someone else's copy. I have proof of purchase. **UPDATE** My issue was apparently related to X-Plane Identity, which I was unaware of. I was able to get it working.
