Why? The SU6 did break MSFS2024 in my system. It worked flawlessly until I installed the update. Had I known there was an issue with map enhancement, I would have uninstalled it prior to the update. I just stated that it broke as a factual point of cause and effect, not assigning moral blame or fault. In software engineering, when someone says an update "broke" something, it is a neutral technical observation. It simply means that an unintentional change in Code A cause an unintentional, negative side effect in Code B. No reason for the passive aggressive replies for someone seeking answers to a problem.

I am happy to report that I was finally able to resolve this and it was indeed Map Enhancement Tool that caused the problem. My mistake with the Hosts file was I simply deleted the addresses at the bottom. Apparently, this wasn't good enough. Microsoft Flight Simulator Support told me to delete the "hosts" file completely and rebuild it and that solved my network connection issue. Thanks for the advice and to all the others who took the time to offer suggestions. No more Map Enhancement for me.

I am not suggesting SU6 is the problem for everyone. It just corrupted my system somehow. I did a complete uninstall and when I try to reinstall, it sticks at 97% and never completes the installation. It created some kind of network snafu within my system and nothing I've tried has worked. It is a network issue because I tried running FS2020 and none of the ground textures load.

Guys, it's been a long week and I lost track of days. My point is that I updated the sim and it broke it. Whether it was two days or yesterday, my system worked flawlessly until I ran the SU6 update. I am looking for possible solutions to get past the network connection. I have flushed DNS, etc, to no avail. It is extremely frustrating that's all.

I misstated three days. It was yesterday morning when I did the update so this is day two of troubleshooting. The point I was making is none of this happened until I ran the update. So the SU6 update is the problem.

Updated to the latest version (1.8.14.0) and now I have been unable to connect to the server. I get the low bandwidth error before it goes to the grey screen "Unable to connect to the server." It has been like this for three days now. MSFS2024 has been rendered useless on my PC. Looking for a fix.

Scenery looks pretty decent but it brings my system down to about 15 fps on approach and landing with settings set on 'High.' Nothing but stutters when taxiing. Not sure what the issue might be but I had to deactivate it.

This looks more like a streaming or rendering issue as your PC specs are plenty good for running MS2024. It could be just random server issue. Sometimes switching data from ON to OFF and back ON fixes the problem for me. It has happened to me only a couple of times though.

I'm not sure if I am having my own Mandela effect but didn't the AI aircraft tags in Little Navmap show the departure and destination if you clicked on them? If not, disregard but I could swear I used to be able to see where the AI planes were headed to but no longer the case. (Using PSXT).

Running MSFS24. The log file shows a large amount of GA aircraft and a few E145s that no liveries were found.

I don't recall, but I usually do. I'll rerun it and see what happens.

I keep getting this error message whenever I am nearing the end of my flights: Error 81: There are too many liveries that could not be created!, see Log.txt I recently updated FSLTL and that is when the trouble began. Any ideas what I can do to resolve it?

I use it as part of my website but in all honesty, I can't stand it. I tried bringing back regular forums for support and general discussion but the younger generation seems to love Discord. I find it cumbersome and way too busy.

I'm wondering if the servers are overloaded with everyone trying to update MSFS24?

If you didn't install it, you probably don't have it. It is a standalone program for tweaking your graphics and updating drivers for an NVIDIA GPU.

I got it to download rather quickly but trying to load a flight and all I get the lovely spinning circle.

I was having similar problems out of the blue recently and it turned out my issue was related to the NVIDIA App. I uninstalled it and both sims are running great again.
