April 23, 20251 yr Hmmm that old X-Plane 11 problem again.... there where mods available for X-Plane 11 to enhance the night lights and make street lights highways etc. visible up to 10.000 feet or more. Awesome, highly recommended. There will be the same mods available soon to solve that problem for X-Plane 12 to. Users of high end computers must not be punished and getting their visual feast degraded by unnecessary FPS-optimizations. 🙂 An ultra setting should really challenge the performance a computer can give up to it´s limits, just like the Witcher 3 UberSettings and UberLOD mod, and should not be downgraded to "a new secret medium graphics setting that is just called ultra" in the options menu. 😉
April 23, 20251 yr The problem is if you keep modifying what Laminar is fixing, you are going to be chasing your tail since your mods may make Laminars changes worse. Better to wait till end of Beta run.
