I opened a ticket too and this supporter from Simmarket just forwarded it to Alfa Delta though I wrote they do not answer. They just push the problem around in hope we give up and shut up. I think we have to make them close Alfa Delta on Simmarket at least.

Chaps, maybe writing a review will focus SimMarket minds to removing the product and issuing refunds. If it was me that’s what I’d do. Plus social media media can be a powerful tool if SimMarket have a presence on Facebook.
