Cockpit textures : JF PA28-161 Warrior vs Carenado PA28-181

Featured Replies

I wanted to share my feeling on how cockpit panel textures  of these birds fell different. Screen shots sharing doesn't at all reflect my personal feeling 😉 : Carenado is way more precise (high resolution) than the Just Flight.

Interesting. (I have them both. 🙂) Thanks for sharing.

Great panel screens!

Nice comparison shots of the cockpit textures, Vincent...

This reminds me, more than a decade ago, I'd made a supposedly harmless comment here about an a/c, that SIM airplane X would be so much better if it had the textures of Manufacturer Y (= Carenado)  and the flight fidelity of Manufacturer Z (prefer to leave Z un-named...🙂...); and I was flooded with complaints from the (ardent and vocal) supporters of Z...🙂...What's wrong with its textures...🙂...?

Oh well...one interim solution, as you have done and John has pointed out too, is to get both airplanes...🙂...

Anyway, these Pipers (both Archer and Warrior) are keepers in our SIM. Have fun with them, on your next $100 (eh...now-a-days it's more like $400...) ...Hamburger trip...🙂...
