New Weather injector…Anyone try it?
I often see feedback on Weather injector that complain on "the quality of clouds is bad", but at the end of the day these injector only ask the simulator to generate - with the same MSFS textures and graphical engine - clouds. They don't add there's own "cloud" (texture), right ?

Nice catch. Promise is strong: https://stratawxfs.org/ Would love to have a comparison with the MSFS integrated weather engine...

Spotty26 v1.3.1 for MSFS 2024 is released
Am I the only one finding annoying the traffic selection on the map ? With version 1.3.2. Is it possible to avoid the view get centered on the map each time you click on a Traffic ? If you want to double click on it it requires every time to re-target the plane on the map. NB: message send to the dev via the Contact Web site and post my first on the (quite empty) forum ;)

[Freeware] Ramona, CA (KRNM) released
Here’s version 3.2 of my KRNM Ramona Airport scenery! This is a special update. There have been massive changes happening at the real-world airport lately, particularly regarding the Cal Fire ramp, which is now almost completed. I have updated the scenery to reflect the progress as of Mid-May 2026, including the 5 new Phos-Chek (fire retardant) tanks installed on the north end of the ramp near the north hangar, along with all the surrounding infrastructure. The old helipad area has also been cleaned up. But there’s also update which are not in the real world. Going Prospective: The Future Cal Fire SetupThis update features a heavy dose of “prospective” design for the future Cal Fire apron. I have added ground refilling stations in the middle of the tarmac with plumbing cut directly into the new concrete. To anticipate future C-130 operations, I have designed a drive-through/pass-through taxiway system (labeled positions 1, 2, and 3) to improve aircraft circulation. Instead of the traditional “stop forward, then 180-degree turn to taxi out” routine, aircraft will be able to taxi straight through the filling stations. This layout is heavily inspired by the Paso Robles (KPRB) Cal Fire setup. To bring this fictional/future setup to life, I’ve even added red fire retardant stains on the ground, making it look as though the stations have already been heavily used! Please note that the exact numbering/layout of positions 2 and 3 is pure imagination for now, and I will update them as soon as real-world photos emerge. Additionally, I have kept a small part of the transient parking for now, but I don’t know what the real taxiway signs look like there yet. If you know, please let me know! I would absolutely love some local help! If you live nearby, work at the field, or have access to recent photos, official plans, taxiway sign placements, or diagrams of how the final layout is intended to operate, please reach out and share them! I will continuously update this as new real-world data becomes available. A huge shoutout to Mitch and my fried Romain P. for the feedback via video and email, which helped me squash some bugs and improve accuracy! Version 3.2 Changelog:Cal Fire Ramp Update: Modeled ongoing construction progress (as of Mid-May 2026), including the 5 new Phos-Chek tanks, a cleaned-up old helipad area, closing one taxiway replaced by a new wider one. Prospective Additions: Added the future Cal Fire apron pass-through taxiway markings, position numbering (fictional layout for now), and ground refilling stations designed for upcoming C-130 operations. Visual Effects: Added fictional red fire retardant stains around the new refilling pits for added realism. Transient Parking: Retained a small portion of the transient parking area (awaiting real-world taxiway sign data). Fixes: Corrected several blue taxiway edge light placements (Thanks to Mitch’s video!). Removals: Removed the Gazebo/Kiosk north of Taxiway Alpha at the Chuck Hall Aviation access point (Thanks to Mitch’s email!). Details: General clutter and detail enhancements around the Cal Fire area. The update is now available for free. Download it, test out the new drive-through retardant pits, and let me know what you think! Happy flying, and thank you in advance to anyone who can provide local intel, signage references, or pictures of the ongoing construction!

That's a golden tip!

[Freeware] Ramona, CA (KRNM) released
Air Attack Base construction seems to progress well. One of my airport MSFS supporter sent me recently aerial video of the site. The simmer community is awesome. Just for the fun, I may reflect unfinished work. Work-in-Progress: new apron, new design of taxiway entry, Phos-chek tanks... Real pic also available on https://aerialfiremag.com/2026/05/01/ramona-air-attack-base-progresses/ ... and some tiny addition like this sign that went under my raday:

Spotty26 v1.3.1 for MSFS 2024 is released
Thanks for the update. The range seems not working on my setup. From Seattle I can see Vancouver traffic with a radar range set to 35000 (km or ~19nm) where Vancouver Seattle is 110nm. I've re-launched Spotty26 after changing the range. What am I doing wrong?

Spotty26 Demo AI traffic spotting
I have the same assumption as the tracked AI aircraft will leave - at some point - your virtual bubble of active objects. You would have to follow the AI with your own aircraft to keep an eyes on it ;)

Done! Thanks. I've also relayed the request to my french community.

Checking out Spotty v1.3 Traffic Board with FlyBy-and Tower
... and I just tested: I need to have the Spotty26 app focused (selected, active) to have the CAM on/off feature activated via the Space Bar, with previously having selected the FlyBy mode via F key. Don't know either how to edit these assignments. Parallel42 ChasePlane is not an alternative for having just the FlyBy feature?

MS Satellite Images Updates
Would love to know (obviously). The last sync between MSFS2020 and MSFS2024 satellite imagery is still creating a lot of work to update my small airport sceneries ;( The Wishlist section of Microsoft official forum : https://forums.flightsimulator.com/c/official/wishlist/163

Spotty26 - Real Live Traffic board
- Spotty26 - Real Live Traffic board
Choose a hosting service, upload there your image and select the proper direct link offered by this hosting service. imgbb has been mentioned, Personally, I leave imgur (because Avsim UK forumers claimed it's banned from UK) and switched some weeks ago, to vgy.me- Spotty26 - Real Live Traffic board
That's a good news! What's this link (to imgur image hosting service "Page not found"). I know rksoftware is a single man studio but @Cap737Delta where do you find news on rksoftware development? The support forum is quite empty: https://rksoftwareforum.flightsim4fun.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=2- Spotty26 Demo AI traffic spotting
I didn't find a way to make direct and specific joystick assignment from Spotty26. May be others simmers here ?- Spotty26 - Real Live Traffic board
Your traffic board looks good. Unfortunately, it's only fancy with FSLTL injected traffic so far ;( This is the result when using other injection system, for example Say Intentions. PS: don't know if you know, but One Drive direct link are not display embedded in the forum.- Glass Out is here!
Yes, fragments of cockpit screen display. Not fragments of cockpit (gauges, instruments... etc...). Only screen display. - Spotty26 - Real Live Traffic board
