Martin; you live on Guernsey. All the out of town roads are like this, no?

Not all, no, and not exactly like the video. The only long steep climb we have is the Val des Terres. Maybe a few hidden away steep narrow roads I don't know about.

In terms of road width, the coast road is plenty wide enough for two cars, not wide by UK standards but wide enough. In St Peter Port you find the widest roads, but again, not like super wide UK roads.

Many of the roads inland are fairly narrow and some just about okay for two cars, until a bus comes the other way and you have to mount the pavement to let it past. If you mean narrow in terms of single lane but two way, yep, we have quite a few inland... but all the roads that I know of serve a purpose, and couldn't really be disposed of.

Guernsey is one of the most densely populated countries and many of those super narrow roads (possibly the majority) have homes to be accessed, or farms etc.

Jersey is a bit more like the UK in terms of St Hellier, the capital. Many of the roads are better than Guernsey roads, but yes, Jersey also has narrow single lane two-way roads like any rural location. But again, I don't know any roads that aren't necessary. I guess there must be some.

Rural UK is chock a block with single track roads with blind bends. All the huffing and puffing suggests he needs as many clicks, likes and subscriptions to keep up the payments on his hire-purchase Porsche.

Exactly, my impression too. His earlier EV videos seem to be for clicks. He buys one EV that has issues and then generalizes to all EV's, for, in my opinion, the clicks.

Who can blame him for wanting the "clicks"? YouTubing is a business, and if he can get you to watch, subscribe and Like him, he is worth every penny he gets from his clicks.  I'm really into his videos and I absolutely think he is FAR MORE entertaining than some of these DRY Vlogs that make you feel bored and tired.
