September 25, 200817 yr I have searched for something to do with pauses while running FSX. So my question is this. My system runs FSX great, however I have noticed a very short pause when running in the full screen mode. Just enough to really bug ya. Would anyone have any idea what the problem may be?CPU..Intel Q6600 overclocked to 3.01Video card...Nvidia GeForce 260GTXWindows Vista Ultimate 64bit.OCZ DDR3 GB x2 for a total of 4 GB. September 25, 200817 yr Sounds like something is running in the background. Shut down everything you don't need; email, AV, and the like. Another idea could be that even with your system, you may need to back off a few sliders. AI can be a killer, screen resolution,autogen....etc.Bob Bob i5, 16 GB ram, GTX 960, FS on SSD, Windows 10 64 bit, home built works anyway.
