Imagine if one of those guys on electric scooters lost their balance at 60mph on a busy road. The chances are high that they would be run over by one or multiple cars (or trucks). I would be staying well clear of them if I ever saw them. I do not want that kind of guilt on my conscience for the rest of my life.
