Hi all! I have been working on developing a new, modern General Aviation Logbook for Flight Sim and I would love your input. I am at the VERY early stages and would love your feedback.

Not right now. What type of data would you like to see it pull?

Some more changes:

If it was pulling the info that is being populated by the default simulator log would be great but probably not necessary with the included flight timer.  Not all aircraft have clocks or stop watches and  I do not know how accurate the Hobbs meters are in the aircraft.  I always fly connected to Foreflight and if I remember to approve the flight log, it is pretty good.  Not all simulator aircraft have Foreflight profiles so your program would be nice for anytime.

I could create a small tracker if you think it would be worth it. Anything else I should try to add that would be valuable to you?

Would this be a stand-alone program you keep on your computer that you manually input the data into? Can you make it so if I wanted to back it up to either Google Drive or iCloud cloud storage you could? And whatever you do, please keep it light as far as CPU resources. We already have Volanta and Elevatex that have enough bloat in them.

So far this is just on your web browser, data being saved to your local storage. I could make it where you could download a CSV as a backup or something. The goal is to keep this as light as possible.

I cannot think of anything other than if possible have some form of simple critique system after shutdown.  I understand if this is not easy to do and not worth the effort.  I look forward to seeing what you come up with.  Is this going to be a one time purchase or subscription product.

Honestly, I’m not sure yet. I’d like to make it freeware, but it depends if I can financially sustain it.

Also, what do you mean by "simple critique system after shutdown"?

@Mike62 Are you on Discord? I would love to send you a test version for you to test. 

I also added the ability to download your flight history in a CSV file and to upload a CSV file as well.
