would not understand why a server issue just blacks out the career mode and nothing else but who am I to judge

anyway, MSFS forum is nice but I suggest you open a ticket through Zendesk, those one or two I ever opened during FS2020 times were handled very quickly - and successfully

https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks, will try. ( Yes, everything else is working with no problem. Strange !)

I have written on the MS forums but no response.

I was hoping SU4 may solve the issue but still no Career Mode for me !

Can't understand; Why there is a permanent server issue on my end while no issues for most of the players ?

Any suggestion from coaptains, is appreciated. Thanks.

Ok, I can think of one thing. Buying it again/signing in from an entirely new Microsoft account. This will ensure that any server weirdness that is somehow stuck to your old account will go away.

in fact, try with gamepass first. That way you don’t have to waste money - if the issue goes away, great, buy it. If it is still there, now you know for a fact that this is entirely a local issue and can troubleshoot that.

I get that this may not be possible if you have bought hundreds of dollars of stuff on the MSFS Store and don’t want to lose that. Still, you asked for suggestions.

Thanks for your support and suggestions. I solved the problem with the help of MS but the problem is also was because of MS.

I am going to explain it here again just to keep a note on the forum to help others who face similar problem. It was all about a missing aircraft in the library ;

Cessna 172 Skyhawk - G1000 (should be streamed and enabled) (analog and digital versions)

This is what I negotiated with MS Support :

Although I am not a GA fan, I was keeping Cessna 172 Skyhawk streamed and enabled for this purpose but as you mentioned again I checked the library and noticed that MSFS2020 version was enabled and because of the conflict with the one you mentioned (MSFS2024 version) , the newer version was disabled by the system to avoid conflict. I think, this was causing the career mode inaccessibility. Thanks for your reminder. Now Career Mode is back for me.
But, just to clarify more, the error masage should be informative for us to sort the problem. If the error message was correct and telling about " a missing or conflict aircraft" rather than telling "a server error" , it would be easy for us to solve the problem. I would kindly ask from MS/Asobo to improve this massage to avoid further problems for many other users which I can see struggling with the same problem on the internet forums. And thus, your workload will also dicrease. Thanks. Regards.

Glad you got it fixed, and thanks for posting the solution for other people.
