Career Mode is inaccessible for me for more than a year

As title says, I can not access the Career Mode almost from the begining. (which was the main selling point of MSFS2024 as advertised)

When launched, I entered few times and started a career but then always it says the server problem for about a year.  I tried few thinks but still no change.

Anyone facing the same problem continuously ? Any suggestions or solutions ? Thanks to all captains. Regards.

You do not have to reply !  I already wrote this issue on the MSFS Forums but could not get any answer. Here, just trying to get some help from the people that may encountered the same issue before. You are behaving like a child. (Maybe you are..) You can not say people stupid or etc. I am not a new member of this forum but just trying to ask only the needed questions. If this is not the correct place to ask this question, moderators can switch it to the related. You are not the person in charge. Please be kind to people !!! There is no need to behave like this, here in this forum. If you are bored , leave please. Attraction can not be collected by this way. But maybe by being constructive. Do you use any kind of Firewall (including the built in Windows one) and if so have you tried disabling that then starting Career mode ?

Additionally have you tried using a VPN to connect to MS servers in a different part of the world.

Of course even if either of these works it’s not a proper solution to your problem but it could help narrow down what’s actually going on.

 

Can you get into other areas of the sim ie 'free flight' 'photographer' etc? If so it may just be a problem with your saved career but if not it may be a problem with the sim itself.

Hi.

Yes, I always use Free Flight and can access there with no problem. Idid not try Photographer. 

I tried to use different servers but no chance. Also tried to reset my career but not possible and  same error about the server.

I do not knowwhat to do more?

Try contacting MSFS support directly. This must be something wrong with your profile or something else that you likely can't fix on your end.

I was hoping SU4 may solve the issue but still no Career Mode for me ! 

Can't understand; Why there is a permanent server issue on my end while no issues for most of the players ?

Any suggestion from coaptains, is appreciated. Thanks.

would not understand why a server issue just blacks out the career mode and nothing else but who am I to judge 

anyway, MSFS forum is nice but I suggest you open a ticket through Zendesk, those one or two I ever opened during FS2020 times were handled very quickly - and successfully

You can try deleting your cloud save, it has helped other folks who had server related issues with their profiles:

Unfortunately, this will wipe out your logbook history and controller profiles. You can try using this utility to backup your controller profiles before deleting your cloud save:

Otherwise, reaching out to support directly may be the best option. The forums are mostly community supported, so you'll need to open a ticket here to actually contact someone in support:
