Wingflex A320 Overhead Panel

Featured Replies

Hi pilots,

I have just received the new Overhead for A320 from the well known company Wingflex. (No, not Winwing, Wingflex ! ☺️)
It is really a great purchase and I am sincerely delighted. I didn't expect it to look so authentic, to feel like the real thing although smaller, and to be built with such care and precision.
The shipment from China went surprisingly fast, as well as the installation, and 5 minutes after opening the box I was using this high quality product that works out of the box with the Fenix buses.
A pure beauty.
Of course, this panel is not usable with any aircraft other than the A320, but it integrates perfectly into the Winwing eco-system for Airbus I already have, which it complements perfectly.

The panel can be placed on a table thanks to its integrated feet, or suspended using the vertical stand sold on their website, which is also of excellent quality.
More info on Wingflex Overhead Panel here.

Their products are much more expensive than WNCTRL (Winwings new brand name). Did you have to pay an additional charge for shipping? I'll wait until WNCTRL comes out with their own version.

No charge for shipping and yes, I very much appreciate WNCTRL products, but their sales/after-sales departments are not professional and they take months to deliver orders.
I've purchased this one which is available today and I don't regret it.
Hardware quality is excellent. The software is still young, with some quirks but the team is very responsive.

Hi David,

Thanks for the feedback on Wingflex. I was considering ordering this product but took a gamble on Rowsfire due to the much cheaper price. In hindsight probably should have gone with Wingflex.

The thing i do like with Rowsfire is that you can use Mobiflight for the programming, so its relatively easy to adapt their A320 configeration file to an A330 or A340. What does Wingflex use? Is it its own software or can you use Mobiflight or Spad etc?

Hi Kael,
In terms of compatibility, Wingflex is very limited at the moment.
Their software doesn't allow the use of external programming tools, but they are working on it.

Thanks mate - Good to know. If the open up the programming side I'll look to pick it up. Being able to use the device across multiple aircraft is important to me.
