iniBuilds A380 teaser photos
Well, if there was every going to be a need for multple jetways its with the A380! Fingers crossed they've found a way to model them!

Disconnected Jetways
I think ultimatly it depends on the injector. If the AI Aircraft are injected into the sim and left to be controlled by the internal AI Traffic engine (as is the case with AIG) then the aircraft models are indeed detected as AI Traffic and the jetways etc connect. For other apps such as BATC, SI and PSXT, the AI models are injected just as "models" and moved around by the injector itself as opposed to the sim. In such instances, the SIM doesn't actually know or recognise the model as an AI Aircraft (because its not controling it) and thus jetways don't connect.

FSR4 is out. Some say it beats TAA and DLSS
Yeah I don't know that Optiscaler is going to allow you to run FSR4 natively within MSFS by simply swapping the DLLs....pretty sure you're going to need to activate it by pressing INSERT and activating Optiscaler itself. I always thought of Optiscaler as like Loosless Scaling but with broader features

FSR4 is out. Some say it beats TAA and DLSS
I have a feeling that will be due to the triple screens. I tried OptiScaler about 3 months ago on my triple setup and couldn't get it to work...more than happy to be proven wrong tho. Just to confirm from those using it, is this only invoking FSR4 Upscaling or is it also allowing FSR4 Frame Generation?

rebar off. Dont forget it!
Not quite - I'm simply pointing out that for me, rebar on helps things......... Also, powering 3 4k monitors means that whilst it may be a snowy hill, its still a pretty steep one.

rebar off. Dont forget it!
Re-Bar on here. I get far smoother FPS and an decrease in both GPU and main thread timing when I have re-bar ON. Thats with a 5090 where VRAM isn't an issue.

Light Glow Banding while flying in VR at night
Hi All, I'm just trying to get into VR with my Crystal Super QLED 50PPD and whilst I'm able to get reasonable FPS with DLSS Quality and high resolution setting, at night the "glow" around night lights is horrendous. Its like each light, regardless of weather its a taxiway light or the landing lights have a massive ... like...halo effect around them. Thats the best I can describe it as. Does anybody know if there is a fix for this or something that can help? I've turned down the headset brightness and tried adjusting contrast but that hasn't helped. I'm not sure if this is a Pimax headset issue or a MSFS issue (I have a feeling it's MSFS). Any help appreciated...

FSLTL FR24 Live Traffic Injection Ends . - Suggestions ?
Then use AIG. AIG was around long before FSLTL and their collection of models, liveries and flight plans is far deeper than FSLTLs. Whilst the UI of both AIG Manager and AIG Traffic Injector arent quite as slick as FSLTLT (in my humble opinion), the product itself is far more expansive. There is the option to have service vehicles in there as well and you can set traffic limits (the number of AI traffic) just like you did in FSLTL. Failing all that, you can still use their models with SayIntention, BATC or FSHud should you wish. Indeed the integration with FSHud is very good. I applaud Kai and the team for their continued support of this FREE product.

FSLTL: Static injection only from 2026/04/30 due to lost API
I think AIG has a far broader coverage of airlines and bizjets than FSLTL does. My view is the injector isn't quite as straight forward but overall, I find AIG superior in terms of models and coverage. Just my 2c. I happen to AIG models with SI or BATC so can't speak too much to how the injector itself performs versus FSLTL, but when I was using them both they seemed similar.

Multiframe generation for all GPUs…
And that may work for you since you run a second PC right? But the rest of us that run triples off a single computer won't have the luxury as lossless scaling can only be applied to one render window at a time as well (as far as I know). If not done already, I'd encourage you to vote up the thread on the official forums.....

Multiframe generation for all GPUs…
It is new to MSFS 2024. Whilst DLSS Frame Generation suffers the effects you describe (only working on one monitor thats active) since its introduction FSR3 Frame Generation has worked across all render windows. Hence the angst on the official forums at its apparent sudden demise in the SU5 Beta.

Multiframe generation for all GPUs…
Yeah its a shame. And wait until SU5 when Asobo break FSR FG accros multi monitors as well.... https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/fsr3-frame-generation-only-applied-to-main-window-in-multi-window-set-up/757855/67

Simple ground services addon? (not GSX)
You're living in the past with this. It used to crash and do some weird stuff....havn't seen that in ages now.

Laptop for p3d
Hey mate Are you running the sim on the laptop display or are you plugging it into a separate monitor/TV to output the display? Its been a while since I've used P3D (especially version 4) but I think I'd be looking for the higher performing CPU as my recollection is it is far more CPU intensive than GPU intensive....particularly if you're running at 1080p. If you had the option to go to 32GB RAM that would be my other advice.

I think the life being referred to is the life of the product...in an abstract sense. But i suspect you know that and are just looking to troll

March 9th - RELEASE NOTES Sim Update 5 Beta - 1.7.10.0
Yeah, I was hoping it might have a few more quality of life fixes in it Well, since you're asking (with so many question marks I can only assume some level of incredulity) lets start with any one of the 45 wish list items that have hundreds of votes yet remain untouched. I was expecting any one of those.

GSX 3.8.2 update with Aircraft and Airport Handlers
Yeah, but you said above you're injecting with PSXT. Unless you remove it via PSXT I don't think GSX will be able to remove it. PSXT injects the AI differently to how MSFS injects it.

Fsdt Gsx 3.8.0 just landed
What is it you wanted updated? And probably more to the point, why should FSDreamTeam invest any time supporting PMDG aircraft when PMDG have gone out of their way to avoid and remove integration with GSX

FSDreamteam forum
Appears to be working fine for me. Did you do something to upset Umberto? Or are you using a VPN?

Developer Mode + FG can crash msfs2024 beta
There's a few threads on the official forms about this for anybody who's interested... One is... https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/not-fixed-fixed-a-potential-crash-and-stutters-using-fsr-frame-generation-on-nvidia-cards/757888

MSFS 2024: Sim Update 5 Beta (1.7.6.0) Out
Well, what I guess is ridiculous is that the problem has remained in the release version of the last four sim updates.

Downloading over 500GB of data
No. You said in your post above ..... I simply responded that if things look great for you then you aren't the one missing out (so don't know why you would ask). Its the rest of us for whom PG looks terrible that are clearing missing our. Everything is amazing for you. Its wonderful. You live in a world of photogrammetry bliss. You're not missing out on anything.
