This airport has some sentimental value for me so I bought it after being generally pleased with Propair's version of my home airport, KBJC.  Here's what's wrong with KGSU:

1. Its one gate w/ a jetway never worked properly w/ GSX despite using a custom profile for this particular version of KSGU, and despite getting guidance on how to fix the animated PAX walking above the one jetway.  Maybe someone else can fix it but I believe I followed Umberto's instructions correctly and yet never could fix it.  This is a minor issue but still...
2. BATC does not know it's at either runway threshold.  So basically BATC doesn't work there for reasons beyond my understanding and I've never had BATC fail like this at any other airport.
3. Moreover, the rework was really marginal anyway.

If you had a different experience please respond perhaps it is something on my end.

At FS.to there is a very nice version that works perfectly with GSX and BATC.  It's about 2 months old so I just downloaded and installed it into 2024's comm folder.

I won't disagree - if you are using it in 2024, can you see if the north-east GA area displays ok for you?  

I purchased from ORBX, and on the north ramp area all the default buildings are still present and overlap the add-on.  I confirmed no overlapping sceneries, tried with empty community folders except for this add-on,etc.  The dev acknowledged, said they identified the issue on their end and would issue an update "soon", but I first reported the issue over a month ago.

We'll see if they solve the GSX issue, or you'll see if you use GSX as I'm done with Propair at this point.  I went to Propair initially and asked them if they had a GSX profile to deal with this issue and they said no plans for GSX profiles for any of their airports.  Good luck!

Shoot!  The other version from FS.to has the same issue w/ PAX loading walking on top of the jetway and I obviously missed it on the first try.  Back to trying to fix it....

Propair is bad.  After waiting almost two months for a fix, I inquired yesterday as to status of default buildings showing through in the GA areas.  I was told they had identified the issue.  Now they are saying they fixed that, but "broke" something else in the process and do not know how to fix it.  So they are just moving on.  Even though I bought it as a 2024 product (separate from 2020 and at full price) they said it was an older 2020 product.  Working to get a refund.  Avoid them as their support sucks.

Curious to hear what you see.  For me the whole complex at the NE corner is overlapped with default buildings.  Tried with an empty add ons folder except for it, moved it all the way to the end in priority, nothing worked.  I also have the GSX issue, but that is not what matters to me as much.  They said they identified and had fixed it but found the ground poly had issues in the latest msfs2024.  That is what I purchased was 2024...

Also, the Museum has 2 T38s, a MIG 19 and a good looking DC3.  Maybe we can go into the museum someday.

Nothing weird to report but I have no addons in community folder.

I have the 2020 version, any need to buy the 2024 version to make it work in 2024 or will the 2020 version suffice with the current limitations?

In ORBX and Simmarket you only receive a 50% discount so I doubt it. I prefer just keep using the 2020 version therefore asked

Also, on the MP the 2024 version is rated 5 stars.  The MP is the way to go.  Just redeem the digital coupon.
