February 2Feb 2 How is it that the aircraft injected by PSXT takeoff and land much more realistically than in beyondatc and sayintentions? I gotta tip my hat off to PSXT especially on the landing. Because the aircraft actually flare and land softly. Marco D'Agostino

I don’t know those programs and have never used them, but PSXT is based on real-time data from live aircraft (altitude, heading, pitch, bank, ground speed), updated every three seconds. The flare procedure is implemented by me by checking, five times per second, the aircraft’s altitude above ground in your simulator (via SimConnect) and acting accordingly from 30 ft, 20 ft, 10 ft down to touchdown.

"The flare procedure is implemented by me..." and I might say implemented quite well!! i7-6700k • Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 • 32GB DDR4 2666 • EVGA FTW ULTRA RTX3080 12GB

Sayintentions and beyondatc should really be taking notes lol. Takeoffs and landings by both of them are awful in comparison Edited February 7Feb 7 by simsuper80 Marco D'Agostino
