February 27Feb 27 Still recovering from a broken foot....and making good progress with the next project, this time in the mountains of Northern California. Weed is a small town near Mt. Shasta, and its GA airport along I-5 has a great view of the surrounding scenery, as well as a pretty well-known rest stop. Still need to add lots more vehicles, lights, fencing, and some boulders here and there. Edited February 27Feb 27 by Nandengo12

I might have to add weeds and stuff around the ramp. I cannot really source good enough reference photos for the hangar cluster, so I used library objects that are roughly same color and shape, but they will look a little too newish unfortunately. The rest area ground ortho is a tradeoff. It would be a pain to make polygons for all the walkways and grass areas, but the default ortho makes the rest area park look much more lush than it really is 🙃 Edited February 28Feb 28 by Nandengo12
March 4Mar 4 Author Nearing completion...just a few more cars and other small things to add. The real airport has hundreds of decorative boulders, and I decided that might get a little too object heavy, so just put the biggest ones in key locations. Luckily an existing MS airport had a red fence too!
