Question for ya'll....I have worked through most of the airfield issues, replaced the runways and taxiways, doing parking and taxiway signs next. One dilemma is that the current Jepp charts have the full phase 4 buildout of taxiway Zulu with attachments Z1 and Z2 to runway 16. Based on a YT video from a recent airshow at MEV, taxiway Zulu is currently only built out a little past Z3. Just want some opinions - is it better to include the final plan from the chart or the current field as-is? According to Douglas County, they are still awaiting funding to complete Phase 4.

The UCSB campus looks kinda bizarre with it off. The downtown area is pretty much OK from altitude though

To each their own. Based on the side by side vbazillio posted, I don't really see a strong appeal.

Same, I want to spend time flying, not tuning. That's why the existing presets and sliders are sufficient. Plus as vbazillio said, I don't want mystery cmd line and exe running in the background.

KMEV is now in progress, the last major airport in Nevada that isn't really available anywhere. Minden is a large GA field south of Reno and Carson City that is a major glider base for the region. The steep Carson range makes an incredible backdrop to this airport. Lake Tahoe is on the other side of these 3,000 meter mountains. I got to work on the FBO area and north complex first, because the default airfield has a lot of issues that will take some time to fix. The large hangars behind Hutt Aviation are not exactly the right shape, but they are the closest thing I could find among the default assets. Available photo sources were not good enough to make my own.

I kind of wish they would wait until the current expansion is complete. The scenery will just need another significant update in 1.5 years.

Man, compared to that I would much rather have a Sporty's Pilot Shop style boring how-to video, simple step-by-step is fine by me. Or just bring back the explainer PDFs, as you mentioned... Influencer fluff is peak boring.

Seconded. I am consistently astounded by how many side apps people are running with MSFS, as if that will have no impact on either the sim or complex add-ons. And more of these junk apps are appearing on flightsim.to every day.

Yep, there is no downside to upgrade

You would think the Fenix A320 and Ini A350 would have taught everyone useful lessons. Don't touch major system-level aircraft for at least the first 6 months after release. They have to mature out as a product to be usable for everyone.

Hi Vincent, I have a contact who has gifted me some objects from unfinished scenery on another sim, and he also has some resources for F70. I will check with him and maybe I can convert them for you if we get the OK. 🤞 MSFS needs a nice French Valley!

I want to, but will probably wait until the product is more mature and has been updated a bit. I did the same with the A350 and was all the better for it, avoided all the hair-pulling people had the first half year or so.

It probably depends on what kind of control setup they have tested it with.

Why don't you edit the wing views manually a little bit outside of the windows? That way you don't have to worry about any collision boxes set to the interior

Isn't KSAT a much older title, like 2022 or so? I'm sure with updates it should be better optimized..
