Where in the menu settings is Turbulence located ?

The turbulence setting in MSFS 2024 is located under Settings > Assistance > Realism.

Within this menu, you can select between Low, Medium, and Realistic options to adjust the intensity of the turbulence effect.

Try realistic and see if you like the results.

MSFS 2024 is my sim choice everyday and twice on Sundays.

If you mean, being able to customize turbulence intensity on a given weather scenario, it's not possible in MSFS 2024 because turbulence effects are intrinsically tied to factors such as convection and orography/terrain, obstacles...
