April 7Apr 7 Just for a (or another) heads-up: inibuilds have decided to make it a “feature” of this add-on not to allow pop-out screens. This seems strange as they support other hardware such as MCDUs and the FCU/EFIS. I haven’t ever seen this before and didn’t think to check this specifically before buying. Having corresponded with inibuilds, they confirm that this is a “feature” and I am the stupid one for not reading their small print. They have refused to refund me either … so that’s the end of me parting with my money for their products. Totally disappointed at their product’ lack of usability and more especially their customer service. Edited April 7Apr 7 by paulhand Typo Paul Hand
April 7Apr 7 I feel the same way about the Ini A340. My issue was when there was a pop out, It popped out all gauges instead of allowing pop out of individual gauges like the A350. I submitted ticket to them, and they refused to change the way the pop outs to the way the A350 pop out works. Claiming it was because of performance. Which I thought was a load off word not allowed. So, I voted with my wallet on their last release (L1011), not spending more $$ on their aircraft. April 7Apr 7 I was fortunate enough that I discovered this "feature" by chance when looking around youtube after reviews of the airplane, so I managed to stay clear of it. It's a very stupid move by them, to be honest - and sounds very weird that they state performance reasons when this is possible on every other plane I can think of - including several of their other planes! It's a complete dealbreaker for me. -Henrik Ryzen 7 7800X3D - RTX 5090 - 64gb DDR5 - Moza AB9 with MH16 Flightstick, MTQ Throttle, Thrustmaster Pendular rudder.
April 7Apr 7 Design decisions seem to be a bit odd these days, especially with 340's. Even the new Aerosoft/Toliss offering still does not support MCDU hardware even though this is becoming standard now. David Porrett
