Assuming your Windows account has administrator access (you wouldn't be able to install many programs if you didn't), you can try this on the MSFS2024 folder within the WASM folder: https://www.howtogeek.com/301768/how-to-take-ownership-of-files-and-folders-in-windows/ After doing the above, Windows should let you delete that MSFS2024 folder within the WASM folder, unless there are even weirder permissions issues going on. Using the Xbox app to verify and repair files for MSFS 2024 may fix it too, but that permission change should be quicker.
