Level of sound: External vs Cockpit

Featured Replies

Hi Mates,

I is it possible to have different levels of sound for the External View vs Cockpit (without adjuting the master volume since it affects everything)?

I find the External Sound too loud (whilst realistic I admit)...

Use the default ATR and you never think again that the external sound is too loud. On the contrary, the turboprop engines of this bird sound like a miniature variant of the real deal... and yes, I have engine sounds on 100%...

Greetings, Chris

I'd like different levels of sound for the External View vs Cockpit in ALL planes 😉

The external sound levels are quite different from aircraft to aircraft. Some make you jump when switching to external view and some are at exactly the same volume as the cockpit. You would need to be able to set it per aircraft.

Exactly, that's my "issue" with the PMDG 737.

However I love hearing the TOGA within the cockpit.
