Rome SIDs

Featured Replies

I have never seen anything like this before. The names of the sids in the FMS are nowhere to be seen on any of the charts. Does anyone know anything about departing LIRF?

None of the OKUNO sids are in the FMS for example.

You have to look for transitions: SOSA5A sid has OKU9B transition. But there other sids that have OKUNO on the rw25

That's weird because OKU9B sounds like another sid. Definitely a unique situation that I have never seen at any other airport.

You can also find these SID transitions at the Milan airports—LIMC, LIME, and LIML, for example. Best regards, Markus

Yep complexity for no gain is an Italian speciality, as I can tell from personal experience 😑

Ahh I see. I have not tried to depart from Italy for a very very long time. Until this time LOL
