Ariane Designs - Safe now or not?

Featured Replies

I didn't know Tishma was convicted of a crime. Is there any press coverage you're aware of?Bob

A quick google on Peter Tishma turned up nothing about a conviction. There was a logical forum post referenced that said he bankrupted PapaTango and another company name also, oweing substantial amounts to crediters, while providing assets to Ariane for the financial gain of Ariane. The contention was that Ariane's assets from Tishma should have been provided to the creditors. Bob

Graham,I have purchased almost all of Ariane's Boeing 737 (along with the liveries and sound packages) and find them to be extremely good models. They are complex, yet very frame rate friendly, which results in a smoother and more realistic feel.Every sim developer selects features that they feel are more important to simulate.Ariane has a very realistic IRS system, where many of the other simulations don't.I also have PMDG's 737 and 747 for FSX and FS9, Level D for FSX and FS9, Super80, Majestic Dash8, Flight 1 ATR and many other very realistic simulations, but I find Ariane's Boeings to be every bit as good and better with certain features.Orlame has her opinion, but I am not on any beta team for Ariane or a stranger to flying commercial airline simulations, so she is wrong on both of those counts. Unfortunately I feel her opinion is also off about Ariane's Boeing products, but she has a right to her opinion and I have a right to mine.I enjoy Ariane's Boeing 737s very much and have received excellent support from the start.
