March 20, 200818 yr When you go to the Cape there are a couple of options instead of going into Hyannis(KHYA) two smaller airports located in the same general area, one of them being a grass strip. Also you might consider Provincetown, sort of unique in a Key West sense. Bring your wallet if you go into Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Several small airports around the Boston area, Norwood being one of the nearest Boston, but there are others on the north shore. I flew out of Marshfield for several years and Plymouth, both good facilities. Have a great time.Richard S. ChurchillPVT ASMEL

March 25, 200818 yr Several years ago Public Television produced a film entitled Over New England. It's a fairly well done flyover of most of the notable cities, attractions and significant geography of all the New England states. There's little narration but all of the sites are identified with a subtitle so you know what you're viewing. I recommend it. I think that it would definitely inspire you for your trip. http://www.amazon.com/Over-New-England/dp/B000A3G58S:-)
