The 737-200 from Richard Probst to be finished.

Recommended Posts

A couple notes as we head into the home stretch for release.Terry Gaff and Flight1 Software have graciously offered the free use of the models from the B737-200 project they cancelled some time ago. I spent most of yesterday doing the panel/FDE merge with the new models and writing panel controls for some of the model-specific animation (like a full 6-panel ground spoiler system), and they look and fly great. The model set includes a freighter, and variants equipped with hush kits and gravel kits. The distribution will include these models, plus a config file for the FFX models if you still wish to use those.Christoffer Petersen has agreed to allow his sound set to be packaged with the distribution archive. All the pieces are in place. Support e-mail site is now established at: TheTinMouseProject@Gmail.comShouldn't be too long now.CheersBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Santiago de Chile

Hi,thank you for contuining the work on that great panel. I was really disappointed, as tinmouse.org closed and the project stopped, but now I'm happy to see this project contuine. Do you plan to offer constant updating and include all that function that the real aircraft has?

Hi Bob,That is some of the best news I have heard for FS in a long time ;). I was so looking forward to the F1 737-200 and to hear that Terry's model and yours and Emilio's work finishing up the Tinmouse/Probst panel will be merged... well, I'm speechless. Looking very forward to it indeed.

The TinMouse II distribution archive is uploading to the AVSIM library now. It's 60MB, and the electrons are moving pretty slow on their northward trek, but hopefully it'll be in the library with the Sunday morning downloads.Terry Gaff just sent over the paintkit, and it's going up as soon as the main package finishes. The base package comes with Delta, Continental, LAN Cargo, Lufthansa, Atlanta Icelandic, and Sudan Air liveries.EnjoyBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Santiago de Chile

And, on that note, we've now transcended the purview of the Aircraft and Panel Design Forum. I propose we take further discussion regarding the TinMouse II over to the MSFS General Discussion Forum from this point forward.CheersBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Santiago de Chile

Hi bob,as I told you in the e-mail, looks like the pneumatic panel has a bug with the ISOLATION VALVE.To have pressure direct to the #2 Starter engine, is needed to OPEN the isolation valve. This is wrong, since the pneumatic pressure is divided in two parts.this is a small Scheme with All bleeds open, Packs On and ISOL VALVE AUTO (closed position for engine bleeds on - normal ground configuration with apu: all bleeds on)L PACK ISOL VALVE R PACK|0|=============|=|=============|0| | | | | | | | =========| ||00| |00| |00|#1 Bleed APU Bleed #2 Bleedthe isolation valve will allow bleed air from APU or #1 BLEED to the R Pack system and/or #2 BLEED to the L Pack, if is closed.but, if ISOL valve is OPEN, the bleed air from #1 or APU BLEED will not allowed to suply R Pack and/or #2 BLEED suply L PACKA friend of mine reported this behavior, and only could do #2 start with apu with ISOL VALVE OPEN, not closed as the real one could do.regards,

Gustavo Rodrigues - Brazil
