So hopefully the casualties won't be high this time. Let's hope so. If those levies don't hold up this time, I think they seriously have to consider not rebuilding and relocating the City across to the other side of Lake Pontchartrain, or somewhere else safer!! They can't keep going through this is these storms are going to be this frequent and powerful in this area, being built under sea level. At least with the Rep convention going on during this, the Federal response should be much better this time! They gotta make it look good!!
