January 5, 200422 yr There is an upgrade charge for version releases (1.0, 2.0 etc) for registered users of Radar Contact. Point releases are free for registered users of RC.
January 6, 200422 yr It was announced that the last update to RC3.1 has already been released. The next release will now be 4.0, which means you will have to pay, although in the past, previous users of RC have recieved a small discount.-Phil Phil Brown
