February 25, 200719 yr I just recieved my copy of RC4 in the mail and have installed it. I sent my email and recieved a registration key. However every time I enter it in, the registration box closes, and I restart RC4 and have to register again. I have read in the forum where others have experienced this same issue. I have tried multiple times to make it work but with no luck. My product ID is as follows. -1865162714Any help I could get would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Sterling
February 25, 200719 yr Commercial Member check your emailyour first attempt didn't include the minus sign. it's part of the product id.it still boggles my mind, that people don't click the email for key button, and a properly formatted key request email is generated for you. all you have to do is press the send key.jd JD Read my blog

I don't use outlook. I do copy and paste the generated e-mail into hotmail but I don't think I've ever received my key immediately.

March 14, 200719 yr Hi, I am still waiting for the keys I send two email wth diffrent account to be shure that one was in your database.I don't think that this method is correct because i can't use the product until receiving the key.Would be nice to use the Flight1 system at list is 24/24 active for keys and replacement.Thank you
March 14, 200719 yr Commercial Member if you use the email address that you used when you bought radar contact, as the email address you use to send the key request from, you will get a key in less than 60 minutes.if i don't receive your key request i can't process itif you send it from a different email address, i'll send you a reply saying i can't find you and to try using the email address you used when you purchased radar contactor contact me directly.obviously if i have to get involved with the key generation, it's not 24/7. but 99% of key requests are replied to within 60 minutes.if you want to send me an email, [email protected] JD Read my blog
