Reinstall reg # is not received

I recently reformatted my hardrive and reinstalled RC4. When I cut an pasted the reg # the program closes. When it reopens it goes to the reg page again. Thanks

is it a different product id than the last one you used to get your last key?if so, send in another key request with the new product id.if this is vista, you have to right mouse click the shortcut or .exe and then click run as administratorjd

I've just purchased Radar Contact for use on an XP machine and have just installed it on my PC and I have the same problem. When I check it under the task manager it just comes up with 'not responding' and then closes down.

When I install the reg key RC doesn't do anything and when i check the Windows Task Manager it comes up with not responding and then just closes rc down. The validation key I got is 255 Characters! Could that possibly be the issue?

Hi All,Having just gone through this process a word of advice to all.Make sure that when cutting and pasting reg number a space does not exist at the start of the box you are pasting into.I have noticed that a lot of recent examples of pasting information that you need to check in case a space exists at the start of the pasted information.RegardsNorman Bowman

I've ensured there is no space at the start when entering the registration key and still have the same problem!

I have requested a new reg key just in case it may have been that but RC is still not working!:-mad

are you running vista?are you right mouse clicking the shortcut or .exe, and then clicking run as administrator?
