Hmm i know its the holidays at the mo.. but would you mind taking the alcohol away from the comp thats suppose to send me my registration key out to me, and give it a good kick up the backside.Been waiting well over 24hrs now for my reg key to start using radar contact.Been through all of the faqs etc so i know ive sent my registration details off ok. but alas nothing back.Soz about this.Michael Evans.Email [email protected]

i have not received any emails from youis the key request still in your outbox? want to try to send it again?and please make sure it is formatted, and addressed as follows:nnnnnnnnn ! Firstname ! Lastname Where nnnnnn is the product ID from the registration screen. If there is a minus sign in front of the numbers, include it as wellSend the request to [email protected] The subject line should be RCv4 Key Request

Yep That exactly how i done it.Anyway just sent another one exactly the way you just described.Ive also just notice that there was a space in front of the numbers on reg screen.. wonder if that was the prob??

Problem solved.. turned out to be the email program that i use.. just doesnt like the email address that needs to contact to get the key.Used hotmail instead and was through first time after updating the email address with RC.So thanks for helping me with the problem jd.

Well, thought I would share this thread since I too am waiting for my key to be sent. It's not a holiday and from the format I'm ganna take a wild guess and hope this was suppose to be automated and I'm not just sitting here waiting from someone to wake up and check their emails to send me a key?There is nothing wrong with the format and triple checked everything.Sent to: [email protected] title: RCv4 Key RequestSubject field: my number ! PrunierOrder confirmation came in immediately after this new purchase at "Saturday, October 9, 2010 4:21 AM"It's ashame there isn't automation to also generate a functional product key to be emailed to the person right after they buy it. Having to deal with this after reinstalling maybe, a year later or a new rig, fine, but new? Gimme a break. I haven't seen anything that dumb since "FS Flying school".It is a yahoo address and the only email address I use for flightsim/games/forums etc. So please let me know if I need to open a gmail address if there are any known issues for whatever reason with yahoo. Just wanted to update this. I recieved my key today at "Saturday, October 9, 2010 8:13 AM".Thanks John, but I still personally think a key should be already avaialable at time of purchase without the need for any waiting.Thanks again, going to give this another shot. I actually already owned it, but had to buy it again for different reasons. Mainly because I don't have my original emails and it was bought by an ex gf. At least this way I have it in my own name like the rest of my addons.

you didn't need to buy it again, just because you didn't have any paper work or emails. i have the paper work and emails :-)

It's all good, JD. Like I said it wasn't in my name and out of tons of addons this was the only one left that wasn't in my own name. I like to keep things organized and keep my records and backups neat. Besides not having to keep her name on record is a good thing.Now that I think of it, it might have actually been the one thing a relitive got me a couple years ago for a B-day gift. Too many addons to keep track of which is another reason having everything fixed and on my own name will help me sleep better at night, so is another plus and worth the few bucks to get things straight.Thanks!

I purchased the CrV4  two days ago, and I have not received yet the required Key for activation. I have sent emails from  different mails: gmail and yahoo. Rarely do 48 hours of purchase, I have  not yet received any Key. Any help. thanks

We were informed today that the hosting site jdtllc uses outsourced the whole operation to a third party a few days ago. This was not mentioned in the trouble ticket responses to jd's queries. The routing for e-mail to [email protected] was lost for the auto processing server.

 

Please submit your registration e-mails again if sent before 1300 EDT 3APR if you have not received your keys within a day.

 

When all is straightened out replies will be back to a few minutes.

I just purchased Radar Contact 4.3 last night and every time I send the key request email, I get an email stating that my email cannot be found. I have put the message of the email as required,  1448111187 ! Andrew ! Greaves.  I have proof of purchase if required but I need help resolving this issue.

Give it a day as sometimes the user information received from the vendor SWREG comes in later to the RC registration server than when you send it in.

 

Make sure if there is a "-" in your product code that it is included. Your e-mail address used for registration must match your ordering e-mail address.
