Euhm, I have the same problem with winzip. I've used 'save as', and use winzip 9.1 and get 'cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive'. I must say this is real turnoff...

Definatly the A330 or A3340 because they have been designed for FS2004. The A320 is an update FS2002 product.

Lefteris,Again you are missing the point. We just want some information. And saying you will do something soon, and doing nothing adds to the frustration. Keeps us in the loop, not in the dark ! All I/we ask is a little update from time to time, with concrete information.

It is not about immediate release and so on, it is about letting your customers in the dark. Is it not possible to inform your customers more then once every six months ? And saying you will preview and then not showing, adds to our and my frustration.

PMDG,Basically, it all comes down to the following : If you want customers to buy your product, you have to keep them in the loop.I do rememember the posting from rsrandazzo from mid march, stating that their would be a preview real soon. My impression at that time was that we would see it within a week. Now we are again a month further down the road, knowing nothing more than we did six months ago... But then again all FS software companies do this, even LDS is as a paranoid about 'leaking' information.No offense, but their is more openess in the Vatican then in the Flight sim community !

Didn't Capt. Randazzo say a month ago that we would get more news and pics very soon ? But what is soon ?

I don't know about the model, but the panel is really looking awesome. Can't wait to fly this big bird! And yes that 'guy' is part of the PMDG-team, he's called Bill Grabowski ;-)

It is the most functionale panel available that follows the Airbus-logic of flying. But it is a shame that PSS will not follow up on their Airbus collection and enhance it. They have the monopoly at the moment and for the near to mid-future aswell...

Suppose I request a refund, how can Flight1 be sure if I remove the software of my harddrive, or don't have a backup of it ? Seems to me that somebody with evil intent can fiddle with the system...

But maybe we will have an FO panel in the upcomming 747 ? I never quite understood why (almost) all panel designers go for the captains view. Somehow they forget that everyone has to start on the righthand seat...

Hi,Thanks for the suggestions, I tried them but it didn't work... I've copied my FS back on my old hard drive (which is slave now instead of master) and the blurry textures ares gone! But (there's always a but), now the sound stutters when loading textures and the FPS are lower (- 5 FPS) What could I possibly to do get my new Seagate 200GB ATA, 8MB buffer, to run FS like a charm, with crispy textures and georgeous sound ? Can the size of the partition be an issue ? (it's on a 100GB partition instead of 40GB) thx!

Hi,As you can see in the pic, I'm having trouble with my terrain. I run a P2.6 1GB, FX5900 and last week I upgraded from a 80GB to a 200GB hard disk. I partitioned it, and run FR from a separate partition. After a full, clean install of FS, and all other scenery (including FSGenesis mesh) etc, I get this problem : my terrain never get's crispy, it is always blurred. Anybody any idea why ?thank you !regards,Thomas

PSS, do you know what is causing this climb problem we are encountering. There does not seem to be any response in the past 2 days concerning this big issue...?

I've bought the Concorde this morning, great plane! I'm doing my first tutorial flight right now and as some in this forum, my Concorde is not climbing after FL320. Currently, after 10 mins, I've reached FL336 with Mach 1.11 and full power+reheats. Weather is blue sky, no wind (weather from situation flight 3)PSS, any idea what climb-problems we are experiencing ?
