Hi Neal, whats your FSUIPC4 version?
-
The "Range Error" is still there. It seems to be related only to the PMDG Module.
-
Thx for that info, I just tried it and it works great. Also it seems that fixed the "range error" so far. I keep testing.
-
Hi, if you PM me your Mail-adress, I can send version 4.939k to you via mail. And I always make a backup before (!) installing something new, what is always a good idea.
-
What FSUIPC Version is in use? If it is Version 4.939m switch back to 4.939k until the problems are solved.
-
Yes, same here, I can confirm this. PMDG 737NGX Module 3,3 does not work with 4.939m Maybe this is the Reason? http://forum.simflight.com/topic/66139-updated-modules/ Positiv, no Range Error anymore with this FSUIPC version4.939m I switch back to 4.939k

Hi, for me it seems, I only get "Out of Range" error, when using the PMDG 737. No Problems, when using the RealAir B60T or Default-Modules.
-
Hi Andrew, don't worry about those issues. It seems, no one of those users where Beta-testers. I only count 5 guys replying in the beta test, not very much for a complete test.

Hi Andrew, ALT+CRTL+SHIFT+F3 just saves the koordinates of unlocked wIndows like ALT+CRTL+SHIFT+F1. It should hide window titles of unlocked panels and other windows like ALT+CRTL+SHIFT+F2 does for the main window.

LOL I'll keep an eye on :-)) Sound works also again, don't no why it doesn't befor. Ahh, scrollbar on Settings page does not work. I love this Beta, but I have a problem to remember all the functions I assigned on 2 shifted level :-) Is it possible to ignore a controller? My CH Rudder Pedal is listed with one button, but still it has none.

Hi Andrew, tried to change the controller type of my Saitek Yoke from other to yoke. Since this I get a access violation at address 00406A74 in module Linda.exe. Write of address 00000100 when clicking save. LINDA 2.6.0 9 As I can see at this time, I get the access violation even when I open Setup Joystick. Same when clicking Joysticks. Is there anything I can try or test. Renaming my backup config-hid.lua brings back my joysticks and LINDA works as expected. Sound when changing shift modes disapeared. Sound for mode change MCP works. Access violation comes back, when calling Joysticks page.

Found a workaround to program the Saitek Pro flight yoke button 9 10 and 11 (Mode switch) Go to ..Windows/System32 and search for SaiD0BAC.pr0 and rename it to SaiD0BAC.pr0.off Now the mode switch can be use as shift-buttons. Found this solution in Pete Dowsons forum, related to Saeitek X52 mode switch, but different filename SaiD075C.pr0 Full thread here. http://forum.simflight.com/topic/67099-interesting-discovery-vis-a-vis-saitek-mode-switch/?hl=%2Bmode+%2Bswitch+%2Bx52

Morning Andrew, so I do too. Just simultaneously push CRTL + SHIFT + ALT + F2 and your main screen looks like full screen mode but with windows feature. Or detach a 2D-Subpanel like MCDU (if you fly a bus), move it to another screen and press CRTL + SHIFT + ALT + F1 and LINDA saves the position and size. Next time you detach this window, and it moves directly to its saved position. This is aircraft specific. Positions are saved in linda-cfg\system\ linda-gui.ini. This is great for user who setup several panel and views to different screens. It works with every panel or view you show in separate window. With the 3rd CRTL + SHIFT + ALT + F3 you hide the window frame of the detached panel or views BTW, I tested the Saitek-Mode-Switch on a different system and it behaves in the same way. Maybe Pete Dowson ha any idea, i'll ask him. I can confirm that for windows 8.1. Same install under Win 7 has no problems. LINDA 2.6.0 starts up in 2 seconds
