Speculation only clouds the scenario. It's ostensibly similar to Helios 522 and that flight had no such wild circumstances; assuming no funny business with the black boxes the weather's holding and crews are on site so we'll know soon enough exactly what occurred.

Count me in for this one as well- I've made the (unsupported) mod to add the two internal tanks when flying QF, but would love a variant that accounted for these in the FMS!

I use Ultimate Traffic 2 for AI. I like the AI models much better and have supplemented it to no end with additional liveries and newer AI models (FAIB for instance). It is, and Etihad does me no favors in that the other side of the fuselage is different!

Every MD, Boeing, and Airbus save the SP, 380, and 788. Favorites were the 741 with the 3-window lounge (Pan Am) and the 707... Still love those old screaming engines. Other faves- UAL dc8-73, PSA L1011 (never got a look at the lower lounge), IL62, Tu154, and Trident 3's (speys were fantastic).

Already done, search Avsim for afl788rr.zip Plenty of other 787's to paint in the meantime Going back to work tomorrow so the pace will slow somewhat. Besides, I have this geometric nightmare to clean up for release (it's not as complete as it may look!)

KLM's been uploaded previously to Avsim. As for the Cityhopper livery, has KLM indicated in any preview materials that they'll be applying this scheme to their 787's? Seems to only be applied to their RJ fleet....

Hi Andy, I also experienced an dual failure following a long-haul over the pole. If you've addressed to possible corruption issue you might also post the chain of failures that preceded the dual shutdown. I'm curious as my own was self-inflicted, resulting after an extended failure on my behalf to properly address a low fuel temp condition. That cascaded into other warnings and eventual glider mode short of Hong Kong :blush:

More than a bit stumped at the fact that my copy of ASN seems convinced that Los Cabos was sunny and clear (to 20k) with wind around 6kts all weekend through Monday. Anyone else having trouble finding the mystery hurricane in our hyper-realistic "live" weather add-on...? What might my settings be lacking? :blush: -
