  1. Hello,I can confirm that the problem is related to a manual time acceleration within the FS2CREW menu. If you let the time run down without "skipping" some minutes, everything runs okay. So what I do is paying attention that I keep my fingers away from the acceleration button between minutes 34 and 32 (cargo door opening time) and minutes 2 to 0 (cargo door closing time).Kind regardsMartin
  2. Hello,I just tried to do an exact fuel planning according to the "Cruise and Fuel Planning" manual. Could it be that there is a mistake with adding the adjustment fuel on page 2-14 of the manual (Passenger version of the aircraft)? The planned landing weight of the example flight from KSFO to KIAD is 544100lbs, which is 69100lbs above the Table description weight of 475000lbs mentioned above the table on page 2-7.On page 2-7 is written: "For every 10000lbs deviation above (below) 475000lbs, add (subtract) fuel burnout correction shown in "Adjust" row on bottom of the tabel"In the example below that text they use a trip with 4800nm at FL410 and a planned landing weight of 505000lbs. That gives a fuel of 198000lbs and the following adjustment: (700lbs/hr x 3)x10hrs.In the example on page 2-14 the forget to multiply the adjustment fuel with the time of 5 hours. They just do the following: Step 1: 70000/10000=7Step 2: 7x880lbs=6160lbsand that's itI think there should be a Step 3:Step3: 6160lbs x 5hrs=30800lbs adjustment fuel.So please, can someone tell me if there is a mistake in the manual or if I'm doing something wrong.ThanksKind RegardsMartin
  3. >>it's a little late to be asking for MD-11 stuff...>>Actually, it's not. All suggestions noted.>>The FCP (Flight Control Panel) is a separate window, and can>be moved.>>BillThank you very much for that information. You guys rock!!!!
  4. Hello,I would love to see, if the MCP (Mode Control Panel....I don't know if it's called MCP in the MD-Birds as well) could be opened as a own sub-panel (like it works in the Level-D 767).I bought the Track IR head tracking hardware and try to fly as much as possible from the virtual cockpit. But when you fly online and the ATC gives you some vectors, it's a bit tricky to change the settings of the MCP in the VC. If the MCP would be a own, poppable 2D subpanel, it could be moved to a second monitor for example. I think the VC-Junkeys (if there are some) know what I'm talking about.A 2D panel is just easier to deal with, when it comes to hitting some buttons with the mouse, but it makes much more fun to fly from the virtual cockpit with the important 2D panels moved to a second monitor.Kind regardsMartin
  5. Hi!I had the same problem when I was approaching SBGR (Sao Paulo) with the Queen last week.I don't think that this is PMDG's fault, because I just took another SID/STAR File from navdata.at and everything was working fine. So maybe there is a error in the KJFK.txt which you downloaded with the "All In One" file from navdata.at.Just try the following:Download a single Sid/Star file for KJFK only from navdata.at and install it into your ..fs2004PMDGSidStar library.I think it will work fine then.regardsMartin
  6. Hi!For your info guys:There is already a payware Fokker 70/100 in production.Check out this post:http://www.eurographics.at/AVAG/BOARD/phpB...topic.php?t=955It will be published by FSQuality, who already released the boxec version of the Majestic Dash8-300.The gauges of the fokker will be done by the guy who is programming the Addon weather radar gauges (http://members.chello.at/addongauges/).Kind regardsMartin
  7. Hi!I just installed ASV and went thru the settings menu. I activated the "ICS+Random Sky/Env" mode. Then I recognized the "Enable Mips" Button in the Active Environment menu. Here's my question: When I want to enable the "Mips", is it enough when I click it the "Enable Mips" once, or do I have to press the button everytime on startup when the randomizer chooses a new texture set?By the way.........great piece of software;-)Kind regardsMartin
  8. Hello! This paints look stunning. If you find some time, it would be great if you could do a Lauda Livery.http://www.airliners.net/open.file/764636/M/ I think the STAR ALLIANCE Livery should be less work.http://www.airliners.net/open.file/771125/M/ One of those would be great.RegardsMartin
  9. Hi!I just found out, that the water reflections, are only missing if I use a default weather situation ("Thunderstorms" for example. When I use Active Sky, the reflections are where they belong. So I think I don't consider it a problem anymore.RegardsMartin
  10. Do you use a ATI or a Nvidia card.Maybe the problem is ATI related. I updated my system from a Geforce 4 4200 to a ATI Radeon Pro 9800 about 2 months ago. Maybe it took me 2 months to recognize that my reflections are gone;-) .
  11. Hi!I have the same problem. I agree with Chris, that it has nothing to do with FSW2004, because when I restore al textures to default, the water reflections are still missing. When I set the weather to "Clear Sky", the water reflections are perfect, but if there is just one single cloud appearing on the screen, the reflection of the sun disappears from my FS9 oceans and lakes. My graphic card is a ATI Readeon 9800 Pro, all latest drivers are installed (graphic card, chipset drivers,...). The water effects in the FS9 graphics menu are set to "High".Sky clear: Wonderful water reflectionsCloudy sky (even if there are just a few clouds): No reflection at all.Can anybody help me?Kind regards.Martin
