  1. Unless they just changed something in the last 24 hours, you need to press "Start" on the EFB, then Pushback Express will operate normally. Cheers,
  2. Confirm your engines were off... I don't see how the tug could pull "forward" in Distance Mode. Can you make a video of what you're setting?
  3. Hi Phil, It's an interesting idea. We'll consider it!
  4. Which mode are you using? Rudder control?
  5. FS2Crew Weekend Update! 1. All MSFS FS2Crew products have been updated this weekend to address a potential communication error with MSFS. 2. Pushback Express has also been updated with a flashing text reminder if the chocks are still in place when using 3rd party aircraft. Many of you are forgetting to remove the chocks 🙂. Also note that the flashing chocks reminder will only extinguish after you've instructed the ramp crew to start the push. Pushback Express Reminders: 1. After the the tug has connected to the aircraft and you're ready to pushback, ensure the parking brake is on, the chocks are out and the engines are off. 2. If using the Fenix A320 with Pushback Express, you need to press "START" on the Fenix's EFB panel, then Pushback Express will function normally. To obtain the latest updates for your FS2Crew MSFS products, please use the FS2Crew Product Manager: Link: https://fs2crew.com/downloads/
  6. Hard to guess... are there any other airports situated very close to OPKC? Is OPKC a 3rd party airport?
  7. A true Airbus brief is too complex to model as it basically involves reading data off multiple pages in the MCDU and cross checking values. All you'd essentially hear, assuming the data could be read, is a stream of numbers.
  8. I just tried it again in Voice Control mode using Distance Mode. Voice worked perfectly for me from start to finish. I started the plane at a gate and loaded the Apron panel state in the PMDG menu. I then removed the chocks via the PMDG menu. Triple check that the parking brake is indeed set.... watch out for any hardware assignments that may be fighting for control of the parking brake.
  9. Just a friendly reminder... Unlike the FSX/P3D version of RAAS, the MSFS version of RAAS does not use the "Make Runways" tool created by the Dowsons. We generate our own private runway database now, which doesn't share the same format as the Make Runways database. If you try to import the MakeRunways database, you'll get an error when you run MSFS RAAS.
  10. Yup, the solution is to just press "Start" in their EFB then do the normal Pushback Express procedure. Key thing is to press "start" first.
  11. No worries, pls try again later with Experimental... it changes every day... maybe they'll fix it soon.
  12. The rudder in the 737 may not be coupled to the nosewheel depending on what you've done, which probably explains your rudder control situation. I tried the 737 in "windows button" mode, and it worked fine. Also try it in "Distance Mode"... Distance mode is what most people use now since it's now the best mode.
  13. The Fenix is "freezing" the default tug. We've informed the developer and we're hoping they fix it shortly. However, you can still use PBE with the Fenix. From another user:
  14. To follow up, from a user of ours on Discord who had a similar issue:
  15. I just did a test using PBE (latest version via the Download Manager. I loaded the PMDG 737 for MSFS at an airport. I loaded the PMDG 737 Apron panel state, so the engines were off. I set the parking brake and removed the chocks via the PMDG ground services menu. Using PBE in Button Control mode, everything worked fine for me. Please ensure: 1. The engines are off (use the Apron panel state file to be sure). 2. The parking brake is set until the rampie tell you to release the brakes.
  16. I've heard that, too. But Fenix really shouldn't be "freezing" the tug via code. We hope they change that in an update. What about "Distance Mode" in PBE? Did that work okay in the Fenix for you? Most people use Distance Mode now since it will put the tug on the taxiway line.
  17. Are you using the Experimental version? If so, please revert to the Normal version of the FBW.
  18. Phil read Phil's last post above yours. Ensure your engines are off. Also try in Button Control mode. Let us know if that helps.
  19. Well, the old FS2Crew's for P3D/FSX were written in C++ and they were .dll's (gauge format). The current MSFS FS2Crew's are written in a different language: C# Net using Windows forms. The only thing we can can take from the old FS2Crew PMDG 737 is the flows, but even those will be changed. For example, SOP 3 has changed quite a but since our initial release. Hope that clears it up. Cheers,
  20. Hi Till, Try saying "Set and Checked".
  21. We'll have upgrading pricing but it won't be free. Essentially none of the code from FSX/P3D is portable to MSFS. We have to start from scratch.
  22. Maybe the FBW was updated. They change stuff everyday. Do you get the same thing with other aircraft?
