FS2Crew weekend update for June 11th, 2022: 1. Reminding users know "Distance Mode" is the preferred mode when using Pushback Express with the Fenix A320. "Rudder Control" is not currently functional in the Fenix because the Fenix is doing something funky with their rudder. But "Distance Mode" is the best mode anyway since it allows you to pre-plan and automate the pushback. It's important to note that that, unlike some other pushback utilities, Pushback Express does not adversely affect the Fenix A320 with regards to performance. Here's a video showing Pushback Express in action with the Fenix A320 using Button Control mode and Distance mode: 2. FS2Crew for the Maddog: Hoping (key word 'hoping') is to release late next week. Hi, I sent this to you many months ago. It refers to Win 7, because our FSX/P3D products are older now, but it would apply equally to Win 10. Problem: I'm getting a Crash to Desktop (CTD) when I load the host Aircraft, and the the error message refers to 'FS2AUDIO.DLL'. Solutions: If you have two sound cards running in parallel, disable one of them. If you are running any program in the background that attempts to strip Digital Music Rights (DRM) from music, such as Tune Bite, Sound Taxi, Audials or Sound Bite, please disable them. They interfere with FS2Crew's Audio Engine. Some of these types of programs are legal in parts of Europe, but they are not legal in the United States. Re-install FS2Crew again, but do not click 'cancel' during the install. Wait for the install to finish. If using a Creative Labs X-Fi Extreme Audio Sound Card, uninstall the latest driver and re-install the original driver off the CD that came with your Sound Card. The latest driver conflicts with the FS2Crew Audio engine. (If you no longer have your original driver disk, click here to download the original driver). Sometimes users have corrupt system files/data on their Operating System. They solved their problem by doing a clean re-install of their OS or by repairing their OS. Follow this link to learn how to repair a corrupt Windows 7 installation. You will need to go to the Windows Download Center and Download Windows 7, for example, with SP1 and install using the Update option. You will need to re-activate Windows 7. Sometimes users have corrupt versions of the FSX.CFG file. Delete the FSX.CFG file. It will re-build automatically when you load FSX. Your FSX.CFG file is located here: 7. Ensure the Trike is the default FSX aircraft on the Free Flight Screen. NEVER USE SAVED SITUATION FILES!

Sorry for missing this.... this is because your throttle is detected in the idle position thus triggering the rejected takeoff. Click "Set Thrust" after the throttles are up.

FS2Crew Friends, it's Weekend Update time! Ultimate Ground Crew X: We released a small update for it this week. A bug crept in that prevented the marshallers legs and arms from animating in the FSX version of UGCX. The P3D version was unaffected. UGCX is now at V2.6 and it's on the FS2Crew server. The updated UGCX was sent to 3rd party last week and they should have it on their server by now. To obtain 2.6, simply redownload and re-install UGCX. FS2Crew over to 3rd party resellers: We've started releasing FS2Crew MSFS products to 3rd party like Simmarket, such as RAAS and the CRJ. The FBW version will be released shortly to 3rd party. Payment processors have time limits on refunds. PayPal is 180 days from the time of purchase. Your FS2Crew products were purchased several years ago... your orders were placed in 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2015. I suggest trying it on a friend's computer. It's not our installer or I'd be hearing about this 100 times a day from a 100 different users.

I have the Fenix installed and Pushback Express works for me, as it does for others. Please see our Discord channel. We have a PBE channel there and it's vastly more active than our Avsim forum. Please make a video or something so we can see what you're doing.

We've gone over this 100 times. You've owned FS2Crew for a long time. You said FS2Crew worked fine until you updated your BIOS several months ago, then it stopped working. It's not our installer. We have 1000s of users who have no issues. I don't know what you've done on your computer - that's a needle in a haystack, but when you updated your BIOS something happened somewhere in your machine. I've tried everything to help you and now we're just going in circles. Last thing I can suggest is try using a USB headset and ensure Windows is using it as the audio device... this may bypass an sound issue on your computer.

The whole phrase is the trigger. Ensure you say it as a single phrase. Note the it's just pure audio for that phrase. Nothing happens in the sim.

So only at stand 102.... all the other stands, no issue?

Hi, Just run the installer again.... re-enter the serial if asked. Easy peasy lemon squeezy 😉 You're allowed to update your machine, just not run the software on multiple computers at the same time. Cheers,

It could be some other component on your computer.

Try again, but leave the trim at 0. I think that video may be a bit out dated. I recall we modified the Trim function in a later update.

Just letting Pushback Express users know that it appears that with the latest Fenix Airbus update (1.0.2.104) you no longer need to press "Start" in the EFB prior using Pushback Express. This is good! Cheers,
