I had the same problem with throttle handling with empty center tanks. I think after installing SP1c.. When I started a NGX flight with engines running, throtte response was normal, then I changed fuel quantity via FMC to a level with empty center tanks and the engines shut down imediately. (this should not happen I think) After the shut down I was able to start the engines with normal procedures, but any throttle input were ignored by the engines now. (And the "overhead" warning dit not disapear after engine start) Once I sufferd the problem during cruise flight. As soon as the center tanks were empty, the engines shut down. After restarting the engines any throttle input were ignored.. So maybe this problem is related to empty center tanks somehow. Anyway I followed Ryan's suggestion to uninstall all liverys and run the installer SP1c again. This solved the problem with the throttle for me. (Thanks!) Another problem I have with the NGX SP1c is that when I start FSUIPC (latest version) in the running simulation FSX crushes to desktop.. What could cause this? regards Daniel

yes chris,that's what i ment.it's sad that PMDG is done with theyr great 747.i think there would be some potential to make this bird as good as the MD-11 with "little" effort that's worth it.(but that's only an unqualified conclusion)anyway, i'm looking forward to all PMDG future projects! :(

hi alli'm using TH2Go digital edition with three 19" monitors.when using the 2D subpanels in the VC the sizes of the panels are not correct anymore. they are three times wider then normal, what seems to be logical when using three monitors..i can resize and place all the subpanels as i like it. when i save the panel state now the subpanels sizes and positions should also be saved.but this doesn't work for all the subpanels..it works for (size and position ok after panel state load)- overhead panel- MCDU 1- MCDU 3- radio panel- forward pedestal- aft pedestal- cue switch panelit doesn't works for (size and position default after panel state load)- MCDU 2- ECP/FCP panel- AIR control panel- FUEL control panel- Hydraulic control panel- Electrical control panelis there a way to save ALL subpanel sizes and positions to a panel state file.or is this a bug?

dear PMDG teamall your products are great and bringing so much life into FS.scince the MD-11 is out it's almost the only aircraft i'm flying with.the main reason for this is the outstanding refueling option within the runnung simulation that the PMDG MD-11 is offering!would it be possible to create a tool (maybe as a seperate add on to buy) that can do the refueling for your other products (or at least for the 747) the same way as it works for the MD-11 with the correct refueling logic etc. during the running simulation?that would be really great!

hi Garythank you for that mention too.i never use a higher sim rate, so this was definitively not the reason here.meanwhile i did another two successfull flights with one ingition switch on - no problems anymore.in my case this was the fault.best regards

thank you all for your suggestions.i'm not 100% sure about that, but i think i've switched off the ignition switches after startup respectively during flight, when i ran into this troubles..could this be the fault?yesterday i did another successfull flight from KORD to KLAS. (btw. with ingition switches on)i'll check my mixture slider anyway..

have my advise too:BUY IT TODAY!you won't regret it. the manuals are very nice, as ususal with PMDG, and much fun to study them..just be one more happy MD11 driver. :(

Hi Kan-ichiroHow did you tried to delete the discontinuity?Normally you shoud be able to "upselect" the waypoint after the discontinuity.(press the LSK next to the waypoint [N70E160 in your case] to select the waypoint into the scratch pad, then press the LSK adjacent to the discontinuity)The discontinuity should now be closed.I hope this helps.Best regardsDaniel

Hi allI just have installed the 747X.After that I installed the update for the FS9 version.Since then FS9 shows a black screen after complete loading a created or stored flight with the queen for a few seconds and then it crashes to desktop!Meanwhile I tryed to repair and to complete reinstall the queen on FS9, but nothing helps. After I install the unifier-version it crashes after loading a flight...I'm running XPpro SP2 with all updates.What could be the problem?Your help is much appreciated.Regards Daniel
