Hi I have the 6600 GT and im really happy with it , i can run FS at 12X AF and about 2-8X AA depending on the A/C , but im using FPS friendly clouds and 30-40% AI at 1280x1024 very dence for scenery and Auto gen . I have a slower CPU AMD 2800 so your system should rock with it , but bare in mind that FS is more of a CPU hog then a graphics card one and im sure i was getting the same amout of FPS with 0 AA/AF as i did with my old TI 4400 ... its when you enable AA and AF that you will see the diffeance . The resitration i have only seems to work for 3.411 and below , with the newer one if i imput my details it says some thing like code not accepted and i end up with just one page as you say which meens its an unrestistered version , going back to 3.411 gets all the pages back . Rich

Hi I have a problem with the PMDG 737-600-700 , every time i crash the A/C i get MS error box come up and when i go into it it says that its the panel.dll that caused the error . Also my version of PMDG doesnt like the newer FSPUIC so im stuck with 3.411 , if i use any newer ones then the panel loads as if theres no power . Chears Rich

Hi There is a temp fix for the nose gear problem which makes the nose gear stronger and now will not collapse , it envoves editing the Aircraft config and going to contract points , and change poit 6 so it so it reads this point.6 = 1, 39.0, 0, -10.3, 1200, 0, 2, 39, 1.4, 1.3, 0.13, 10, 12, 0, 272.8, 289.52 its the 5th one in and i think it defaults to 670 change it to 1200 and the problem goes away , there is still a bumping effect but the gear wont collapse ..........now the other problems......... It could be a CoG problem i will have to check this out and try again , also to the fast taxing speed ... this is also a facter with the real A/C , and i beleive the pilots shut down number 2 and 3 engines to counter act this . Hi I seem to have fixed the shaking just before take off by increasing the frame rate limiter to 25 (it was at 18/19 ) but it still has not fixed the bouncing effect half way down 34R ... but i have fixed the collapsing nose gear by making it stronger so it no longer collapes in spot view . Rich

Hi yeah i have seen the climb at low speed too , if you select a little bit of up trim ( ie for take off trim in normal A/C ) then Conc will start climbing early . Rich

Hi when i first brought the PSS Conc i was happy with it but now im beginning to find some faults that are really beginng to anoy me . Starting at KSEA 34R , when i load up the conc and change to spot view ,, the nose gear just sinks into the ground , it seams to like bounce , then when it reloads the same thing happens .. this time its the rear wheels that doo it ..aghhhhhhhhhhhh , if i dont change to the spot view then its ok . The next thing ....im not sure if its the PSS Conc thats at fault or if its the flight sim secenry at KSEA but half way down the runway there seams to be a bumb or something just as Concorde reachies about 180 knots and makes Conc bounse or shake .... some times this ends in the nose gear going into the ground and if im luck and dont crash at this point and i get airbourne and rase the gear then the nose gear fails to retrack as if its damaged . I have also suffed some form of bounceing effect as if im in real heavy turbulance but im not . I dont get the runway bounce on take off at Heathrow or paris which makes me think that if its just on my PC then some how my scenery layers have become mucked up some how. Rich

I have XP pro>with SP2. Hi Do you fly with the 2D cockpit or VC ? if you fly with the 2D then try going into the FS options and turn down the VC gauge detail to low , this has helped me . Rich

Yep same here but its mainly with the A330-300 , but its ok if i select the A330-300 with out selecting any other A/C before it , but one i select any other A/C after this and reselct the 330-300 then the lighting is dark ..... Come on PSS sought this out plus the flight dynamics please before making any other A/C , i dont think it sould have been released as it is now , Rich

Hi Have you found a fix for this yet mate ? its still bugging me , the only way to get it to reset is to run it in full screen mode then all i have to do is to press W to get the panel up , other then that i have to run with crash detect off . Rich

Hi If i crash i some times get the alarm sound all the time even if i change to another A/C , the only way it stop it is to close FS 9 and reload it , i also have a problem with a MS send box appearing if i crash the 737 . Rich

just had an email back from PMDG heres what they said ...There were some issues related to a very small number of users crahing inthe PMDG 600/700 that were not able to be addressed until the 800/900 wasreleased. The 800/900 completely updated the Gauge files that were causingthe problem on a small number of systems. If you decide to purchase andupgrade to the 800/900 package, the problem should no longer occur. Ifthats not an option then Crash inhibit may also stop the problem. im hopfully getting the 800/900 if it comes out on CD . RICH

Yeah i will let you know if i find a fix ... i have uninstalled and reinstalled the 737 , uninstalled the 9.1 patch and reinstalled it etc but its still happning .... i have never really noticed this before ( might be cos i tryied not to crash it and used auto land ) and it does not happen in FS 2002 as i have it installed in both . Its still a great add on and one i use the most ( as long as i dont crash ) . Rich

Hi Yeah this is happening to me as well ( i have posted a new thread sorry , i only came across this one in a search ) , if i run the sim in full screen mode then it seems ok but when it resets the panel is not visable so i have to press W to get it back , if the sim is run in windowed mode then FS will crash , i tested it again and took off from KSEA ans climbed to 1500 then just nosed dived and crashed it .... then after a while i got the send to MS error .... so you are not alone lol. Hi Have have a problem with the PMDG 737-600/700 which i have not incountered till the past few days ......the problem is that if im running the sim and using the 737 in windowed mode and i crash the 737 ..Flight sim crashies with a send to MS box ,If i run the sim in full screen mode and crash the 737 then Flight sim loads up ok but there is no cockpit with the PMDG 737 and i have to press the W key to get it back . Im running the FS patch 9.1 Any ideas ? i have it also in FS 2002 but it runs fine in that . My specs are AMD 2800 XP 1 gig DDR 333 Win XP SP1 GF 4 ti 4400 with the 56.72s SB live 5.1 GiGabyte via motherboard with the latest chip drivers . Thanks Rich
