I don't have the 737NG but don't give up hope. If there isn't a key command there IS a program in the library that will convert a mouse click to a key command. I've never used it but that should do the trick.Someone will jump in here shortly that will fix ya' up.

I'm on board with you Manny. 1-5 can't get you sued! As stated in another post I am discussing this with another gentleman that has an establidhed web page. All talk right now, but don't expect Tom to jump in. He has TOO many people/customers he could pisXXff.

OH BOY, here we go! To me it is simple. I am a private party who made a bad decision and was LUCKY enough to deal with the right company. I was handled properly and will remain quiet as I was not burned. There is a part of me that says yell at the top of my lungs the whole story and a side that says just do the right thing a let it go.NOW, if I was a BBB for FSX it would be a different MISSION. Spread the story asap so that ALL would know. They would be relying on me for that. For others, they may be happy with the aircraft as some portions of it were okay. As a private consumer I now realize that I have a VERY HIGH bar of expectations for addons and will be more careful in the future! I hope I was clear.

I bought it because I had the HOTS for this type of aircraft. Always loved to fly this guy. The screen shots were all what I would say was from a distance. It was hard to see through the steam coming from my panting!! :9I will not mention the company because I think the other poster was correct. (L Adamson?) The bar has been raised and I for one will only pay for quality. No more "freeware" like purchases for me. As I mentioned above the company did refund my money. They have some nice aircraft on the market, this unfortunately was not one of them. IMHO

As promised I want to let you know that I have received a refund from the company. No harsh language back & forth. I will buy from them again if the opportunity arises and the product has been thoroughly reviewed.Now I need to keep my side of the deal and delete this a/c from my HD. I have received an interesting reply by private email concerning my BBB for FSX addons. I hope we can keep this thought rolling behind the scenes.See ya,

I can see a review by numbers, say 1 thru 5 with 5 being excellent. I would first state a disclaimer saying blah, blah. blah...Customer Service: 1-5Outside model: 1-5Virtual Cockpit: 1-5 or not includedInstrument Panel 2D: 1-5Would you buy from this company again: 1-5Would you buy this airplane AGAIN: 1-5ETC, ETCDifferent specific questions for scenery, utilities, etc. How can you get sued over numbers?

This is the first I have heard of this forum. I have lurked around these halls for years under different names but have never noticed this forum. I did notice that there were only seven reviews for 2007. I think I'll be waiting a long time for a review on this baby!I really think this is a move by the company to pick up some extra Christmas money, which is fine, as long as it isn't mine!! NOT!

At this point I agree with you. That is by far the best quality control around. In the future I will be buying from companies that offer this advantage.It's too easy to hide poor quality in screen shots. I questioned a retractable gear airplane WITHOUT 3 green lights but thought it was a bad screen shot. I was wrong.Live and learn.

I did do a forum search for ""company name" customer service". The search yielded 1 hit which was uninformative. After that I felt pretty puffy and sprung for the aircraft.

Hello all,I just paid for an aircraft that was at best freeware quality. There were no screenshots of the 2D cockpit. It looked like it was out of FS3 at best. I have asked this company for a refund. I'll let you know how it goes.As fellow simmers we need to create a database/review for all aircraft/scenery, etc., that are offered for purchase. We can't ask AVSIM to host this site as it would put them in the middle, which is no fun or place to be.It has to be run with integrity and good judgement so we can rely on it. We need to state OUR feeling on quality and state how we were handled by the company that sells the aircraft, scenery, etc..Can we do this? Who can do this? And who has additional ideas on what can keep us safe as fellow FSX'ers. Lets stick together on this. What do you think?

Hi PJ,Go to the CH website and download the CH control manager. This will allow for a button press when the throttles are full back. Then test ALL the buttons in CH manager to make sure you got it set up correctly.Then load FSX, go to controls, buttons (not axis's) assign F2 and repeat for the full reverse in the CH throttles. The bad news is I haven't been able to figure out how to reverse the right or left engine only with this method. Not sure why I would want to either. Good luckGary
