Hello everyone, Sorry if I am missing something here... Is there a floatplane for P3D v3 (LM or addon)? Appreciate your support

I have a question: My PC has a Win7 OS dedicated SSD, a fully installed FSX on another SSD and now I wish to add a separate SSD with P3D v3. There are some addons and programs which use folders both on the OS SSD and the FSX one, or just point the FSX (and also appear listed as software in the Windows list). Can I install all the updated versions of those addons and programs over what I have and this time point them to the P3D, or do I have to Uninstall them first (which will downgrade my FSX installation)? Appreciate your advice, Moshe

Dear Team, Long time no see... My shop orders show the 777 and 737 are "for FSX". I want to start flying again, this time with the new Prepar3D. I guess I need to re-download the products with the installer for P3D v3 now. How can I do it? Appreciate your support, Moshe

Robert, didn't PMGD plan new features to the NGX as well? Or is it not relevant any longer?

I have to agree with this, sometimes we forget flight simulation for our community is basically aimed to be fun. I already experience very complicated manuals, vivid realistic scenery, extremely detailed cockpits, 3D vision glasses, controls which takes 15 minutes to setup on the table and after I fly an online mega event I have enough adrenalin for a month. So what do I need more? Guys like me would never consider to look for more other than interesting FSX addons and have their FSX run smoothly. It's not that we fly FS5 and need better graphics. Flying PMDG or Carenado on FTX scenery, 3D with a ButtKicker shaking your butt, what can possibly get better?! I would say save your big money guys, changing the FS platform is not the answer here. Get yourself the Ivy with PCI-E 3.0 and let FSX rock forever, that is what I plan anyway. Need more? Build your home cockpit or go be a real pilot :(

Robert,Thank you for this post and for bringing up this issue. I am a proud supporter of many developers. I have spent lots of money on the addons and personally I would say that when flying my FSX platform with these addons I feel there is nothing I need more than to cherish and to nurture it for the future. It is my "real as can get" and hopefully I can get it run smoother and smoother with the technology, not needing anything else. I have purchased the X-Plane 10 as well, but I will deploy it on a permanent basis only if there is a converter to all the FSX addons as is. I appreciate all different developers and would never want to see you stop leading it so as far as I'm concerned MS Flight as they want it to be is really not for me. I will continue supporting FSX developers, and many months ago I made it clear in my "FSX Scenic Journey" (link available in my signature) "Gratitude" page.Thank you for you dedication and focus to provide such enjoyable products!Sincerely,Moshe

I have tried to set FSX with my 3D Vision and am not able to get FSX to show up in the NV Control panel under the list of installed stereoscopic 3D compatible games. When I tried to run it anyway it showed ghosts, two images overlaping, and I got the errors say:Glow on lights are incorrectIncorrect 3D object placementI have a fresh install with all default settings, OS is Win7 64, my FSX "preview DX10" box is unchecked and I am using Gigabyte GTX480, tried few drivers....would appreciate any help on this!Thank you
