I've submitted a direct support request as well. Quite frankly, I'd be good if it was simply acknowledged. But this is a known issue since the 2nd. So I was surprised to see there was not a self-serve solution offered. I'm used to PMDG having knocked these things out pretty quickly. Eric Fields Because I was having issues with my ngx. I just downloaded the installers and am getting the Coexistence failure warning. I deinstalled both the 737 and the 777 and removed references from the simobjects folder, sim folder, and the appdata folder. The occurred when installing the 777. about to try the 737 and see if I get the same issue. What is next? Good morning, I recently had to do a re-install of my NGX due to a hard drive crash. On my first test flight, I noticed that the NGX seems to constantly seek the RNAV track. It overshoots it then recorrects and overshoots it again. While it is not huge, it is very annoying especially since it did not do it before. Nothing has changed as far as my equipment. I am considering an upgrade to ASA from ASX. I use two computers but never could get the problematic simconnect process to cooporate. Does ASA allow you the option of using FSUIPC/WideFS instead of Simconnect with FSX?Thanks,Eric Fields

Well Jim, sometimes it is the simple stuff that is the most difficult. It does appear that my system time was a day AHEAD. I fixed my time on my system and I now have weather again. Thanks for your help!Eric Fields

Good morning,I had previously had a problem with ASX loading very slowly. Found out my graphics card was bad and replaced it. However, now when I load ASX, still loading very slowly and no weather showing up. I have forced priority processes, removed my AVG firewall and anti-virus. When I load up, there is no weather on the map. As you can see below, over 4500 weather stations are not reporting. Seems strange that I have no weather at all.Running Windows Vista 64bFSXASXAll on the same computer. Hi Jim,Item 1: When I am starting up ASX, it is the only thing running. No FSX and I have hardly anything else running on the computer. I will try to attach ASX to a second core.Item 2: I have changed the high priority processes as suggested. No change.Item 3: I am using a plan downloaded from Simroutes. To make sure, I will even generate the plan myself. Fairly simple one KDFW DALL8 SWB HRV Q105 REDFN Q100 SRQ DEEDS1 KMIAItem 4: I am right clicking and running as admin. Hello,I continue to have difficulties with ActiveSky on my new system. I load ActiveskyX normally. However, once I click on WX Config, ASX stops responding. It never recovers. I am running ASX on the same computer that FSX is running on.System Specs:Windows Vista 64bit, 2.4ghz dual core, 4gb ram, GTX9800 w/512 memory.The problem also appears when I try to load a flight plan. It takes an extremely long time to load (if it loads without an error). I also downloaded and installed file ASX-Update-B1161. No change in behavior. Good afternoon,I have been searching everywhere trying to find information on how to use active sky x and FSUIPC. I have found info that shows Active Sky 6.5 works with it but nothing about ASX. Can someone claify whether ASX will work with WideFS or do I need another add on (simconnect) to run my active sky on a second computer.Eric Fields
