ADF Tracking
Hi Ed, Thanx for the prompt reply. Having used the RealityXP Sandel it made me think if something similar was available in the G1000 and when I pressed the PFD Softkey I noticed as you said the BRG Softkeys and scrolling through the options on BRG2 the ADF was listed. It is just time and patience needed to familiarize with the various features of the G1000. I am always grateful for a little nudge in the right direction. I watched the videos and found them very useful and am looking forward to one for the Flightplanning if it is on the cards. kilgourj

- Triplehead2go with 3 off 28" monitors
kilgourj replied to kilgourj's topic in Video Hardware: Monitors | Multi-Monitors | Video Cards | Drivers etcGeoff,I'm using the resolution that the Matrox SGU set for FSX I think it's 3080 or there about as for the 5040 resolution I get a red light from the unit so I eased back to a lower one until the green light. The views in FSX are no problem as I found swap desktop program that comes with the Matrox software I shall have a read about the bezel management. Luckily I have a pretty large area to take the 3 montors. The problem before using the swap desktop was getting the mouse from one monitor to another.kilgourj Jim,tried the wideviewaspect line in FS9 no luck, I think it is just for FSX. The SGU proram changes the config file and changes false to true.kilgourj- Triplehead2go with 3 off 28" monitors
Hi all,Having a Hanns-g 28" HDMI monitor already and having read about the Matrox Triplehead2go digital edition, I went for another 2 Hanns-g 28" HDMI monitors and setup using the appropriate matrox software. I optimized FS9 using SGU and the default resolution. On entering VC mode the gauges are spread across the three monitors instead of on the centre monitor with other 2 for side views. I tried the same on FSX and I get in VC mode the panel is showing up on the left monitor and side views are centre and right. Does anyone know if a line has to be added to FS9 and FSX config files to adjust to what it is shown on the screenshots I have seen, I noticed the majority of monitors are 17,19 inch with a mention of a 24 inch. I am beginning to think I spent the money on 28 inch monitors for no gain. Thanks in advance for any solutionskilgourj- Aircraft Nose Diving
Too much of a hurry to try the yoke out, on rechecking the crosshairs were at the top of calibration window, recalibrated and did a pre-flight check and everything was centred. On taking off flies as normal. Thanks- Aircraft Nose Diving
Hi John,I have checked and had to delete certain assignments wrongly placed, at first I thought it was the aircraft itself but when I use any aircraft the same thing happens. I shall check with saitek and flypfc forums for a solution. Thanks anyway for the reply and if I get the problem fixed I shall post it incase anyone is experiencing the same problem.- Aircraft Nose Diving
Hi all,I am using a saitek proflight yoke and am now experiencing this on every aircraft, after take-off as soon as I leave go of the yoke the aircraft takes a nose dive. Has anyone else had this problem. I replaced the saitek throttle with the PFC module and having disconnected this the same thing happens.I am running FS9 on XP 64bit. thanks in advancekilgourj - Triplehead2go with 3 off 28" monitors
