  1. This is a good idea. There's not many reviews of this aircraft out there that I have been able to find and the few that I have found do not reflect favorably on the Carenado's Baron for FS9.
  2. I have two Carenado planes: the C185F and the Piper Dakota. Never had any problems with the Dakota, but can't get the C185 to work correctly. Everytime I start a flight with the C185 there is a strange red glow from the VC that eventually goes away. Additionally, the plane's textures take a minute or so to load in the spot view. After flying for a few seconds, or a sometimes a few minutes, my ground textures get completely corrupted - all blurry and incomplete. What's the problem?Computer specs (yeah, I know, my pc is ancient; but it runs FS2004 pretty well):Operating System Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3Manufacturer HP Pavilion 061Product PU061AV-ABA M1050EMotherboard Chipset SiS 760, AMD HammerManufacturer: ASUSTek Computer INC.Product K8S-LA (Salmon)Processor Properties:Version AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+External Clock 200 MHzMaximum Clock 3700 MHzCurrent Clock 2200 MHzSocket Designation Socket 754CPU Alias Newcastle S754BIOS Properties:Vendor Phoenix Technologies, LTDVersion 3.07BIOS Type Phoenix - Award BIOS v6.00PGSystem BIOS Date 01/10/2005Graphics Processor Properties:Video Adapter nVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 (MSI FX5200)Memory Size 128 MBMonitor hp vf17 flat panel monitorThanks in advance for your help.Skyknight
  3. Such a tragic loss. Not only for his family, but for the flight sim community as well. He was so devoted to both; and provided so much help to the flight sim community. Opa, you will be sadly missed. There aren't many that have so selfishley done so much to help so many. Thanks Opa.....we will miss you. Skyknight
