    FS9 no AA in fullscreen

    It is a windows 10 issue already mentioned in the Forum: Creators 1709 update and Nvidia inspector I updated and retrograded my windows10 1703 twice before I decided to stay with the creators 1709 version.The main reason of rolling back was the Nvidia driver issue with this last Creators update. Even if I have excluded driver updates when updating Windows 10, the NV driver uninstall information was not in the control panel nor I could control any Antialiasing or Filter setting with the NvidiaprofilInspector for FSX & FS9 in fullscreen mode. After completely uninstalling all Nv drivers with ddu and the device manager and reinstalling the latest Nv driver (388.43) it was still not working. By google searching I came across to this incredible solution for the Nvprofile setting: see link : https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=62072 . Re.this topic the profile settings in your FSX Inspector profile you will see a setting called "Antialiasing compatibility." Set that to "0x004412C1 (Diablo III)" . It seems that this is true for many games!! And now on my PC, NI profiles work as expected in fullscreen and windows mode fore FSX-SE and FS9 in DX9 mode. It should also work in DX10 mode. It's just unbeleavable; but true, a kind of swiss knife! Jean

    I use the Pilot's SR-71 payware which seems to be still available on simmarket. It has the famous oil leak effect on ground! There is also a very nice and more realistic VC-cockpit modification: "T R I P L E S I X S R - 7 1 V C b y M I C H A E L H A E G E L E available at FlightSim.com under "666srvc.zip" I use both panels. Everythings works fine under windows 10 Happy flight!
  6. Exactly same behaviour in FSX-SE with this NV361.41 driver. Everything was frozen with black preview window by selecting the free flight starting box. After selecting the DX10 preview box, FSX-SE started as normal but the Nvidia Inspector setting did not work anymore.The new driver probably dont accept dx9 components ? (Intel i/ 4790K/ GeForce GTX970/ windows 7pro 64)

    Paris Vfr

    Concerning Paris VFR for FS9 (noFSX !) the Priority scenery order is: 1) Paris...any airport expl. Paris CDG (LFPG) 2) FlightParis BasePack (BP_SC) 3) FlightParis CityPack 4) FlightParis VFRPack 5) FlightParis BasePack (BP_LC) For me it works perfectly: Jean
  8. Same effects here: The rotating default C172SP has a white door and a lot of other planes has strange lightning and shadow effects, kind of "Patchwork"! I tried to install three times the driver but the effects remain; it seems the driver can not read correctly alpha channel textures. I can only say , shame on Nvidia !
