haha thx anyway! first of been a long time since i stopped using AI softwares. it was a flight LIVE AND DIRECT on Ivao: the region was quite calm on arrival, yes! Now on autogen etc....: for your info, all is maxed out except 3 things: autogen and the setting below/above are set to normal: if it wasn't it'd have been way different. water is 50%. and finally zoom is 0.50 (ask don't claim). you may think its 1.0 because of the way i've set the view. i just like it like that: seeing the texture over the MCP ....etc you're the ONLY ONE talking about "low IQ". anyway i love the sim with that low IQ you're talking about. LMAO

Believe me this Prime95 vs other methods is AN ENDLESS TALK. All over the internet you'll read some things and their exact contrary: some of them don't even know what amper or volt means and how to measure it !.My experience is: increase voltage and freq slowly..... like drivin a new car in the first 5000km. Start with a reasonably high voltage and then decrease it STEP BY STEP. and at each step watch carefully how your machine behaves. don't try to reproduce spec from someone else. We're all different . Same here ! But my wife is a crazy fan of this guy. If it was only me, i'd go for Snoop. THX for compliment ! really appreciate it and touched by the fact that most of you like it: THAT was the purpose.

Hey!Yeah Fraps eat up my FPS too and i also get some lags , BELIEVE ME ! LooL. it is what it is, i deal with it. Anyway i have some habits with my PC. EVERYTHING IS KEPT, SAVED, INSTALLED WITH A CERTAIN SENSE OF ORDER. I do not spoil my hard drive with crappy programs, app or other tweaks that I'm not convinced to be very efficient in helping fsx run smoothly. I also defray but not all the time. once every 6 or 8 weeks. As i said it FSX is in windowed mode (prevent tons of pbs, because FSX hates alt+ Enter), Vsync off, bojote tweaks, and above all CHERISH YOUR MACHINE !! LoL. Just my humble experience, i'm not claiming to be an expert in this sim thing but i've done my own experience and i known where to go or not.Speaking about recording, all i do is basic, i only use fraps and then edit the videos with WMM: the sim does the rest! sorry. hope that helped. I also remember Bojote asking to delete lines in my fsx.cfg file: i did it.

I'm Saying that when in a hot room, cooling a CPU has a limit , because the fans blow ambient air in your tower case so .....if you want to lower your cpu temp you must go with liquid cooling. I'm talking about my own experience: I did try my A70 during last summer and the limit was 4,5 to 4.6Ghz. Keep in mind that it may be lower than that for others people with different rigs. Once again, just my experience and my opinion.

Hi again! no prob here.See i have read tons of topics about this and even intel draws the line at 1,5v and as i said it im way below this. Furthermore the cpu is not constantly fed with 1,42v its just the max. average is 1,38 to 1,40v. Im not talking about the article you mentioned, but DONT TRUST all you read on forums because you'll get crazy !! LooL

Thats what i wish for you my friend. But there was auto and low traffic around. I was actually doin an online flight on IVAO. But believe me even with tons of clouds (ovc or so) plus crowded skies, I'm able to maintain the sim over the 25 bar even on Mega airports. The perfect experience for us simmers would be a clockable cpu at 6 or 7GHZ for people only flying between payware sceneries airports like me LooL . 4ghz is enough for default airports.

Hi Arjen! I saw your vid of TNCM: I bet you are happy with your system, coz the vid looked great. Concerning my settings, my freq is set like this: 100x49 and a max vcore at 1,42. I've set in a way that when the cpu doesn't need much voltage, it idles itself. Max temps are right under 63C.

I'm in windowed mode, because i need to run EFB, TOPCAT, and others programs in the background. Difference between what you got and my rig are the same in terms of quality, but in terms of performance i have a top notch config, and everything is soooo smooth now. I'm recording right now, I'm 500nm from KLAX. Hope you'll appreciate the result!
