  1. do you have any links on those pod replacement projects ?
  2. i run the aforementioned 6970 in eyefinity , the clouds don't make it go into single digits , but a drop is still noticeable , bear in mind the resolution is 6040x1080 , so thats a lot of pixels to push trough. the driver is still a bit unpolished in my opinion (only 2 betas out) . also im still doing a bit of tweaking , but the card is a definite improvment from my old 5850. if you have any specific questions just ask
  3. i have the same frame drop issue with my 6970, running 3 screens in eyefinity mode , also external limiter and force vsync.
  4. im experiencing strange fps drops when i look at traffic , for example the boat at sitka in tongass fjord . the odd thing is i can quite reproduce it every time . it might be the unoptimized drivers of the 6970 or the eyefinity setup i run , but i didnt get the same drops with 5850 , also running the same eyefinity setup . anyone with eyefinity or any other idea on what i could do ?
  5. i just meant if there are any pointers on what to usespeedwise its between the 480 and 580 but its 2gb of ram , i havent been following the tweaking scene and this a fresh new machine so i need ideas on where to start .
  6. no love for the fastest ati/amd card then ?
  7. any advice on which tweaks one should use for the (ati) now amd 6970 card ? the auto tuning doesnt seem to recognize it .
  8. did you ever manage to fix this , i also have the wave less inland water
