  1. If I would buy the J41 today, hoping to get it installed in FSX:SE, would I be eligible for a free update to the FSX:SE compliant version, once this is released? Regards, Henri
  2. Bryan,Thanks so much for fixing this issue in the latest update. Great service. :( Best regards,Henri
  3. Bryan,Excellent news. Thanks so much. BTW, did someone ever tell you what the biggest problem about this voice version of FS2Crew is? It is way too addictive. Best regards,Henri
  4. Thanks, Bryan.Looking forward to your update. In case I did not mention it before, the voice version is incredible. Cheers,Henri
  5. Willy,You have to run the iFly configuation editor and load fuel and payload for EVERY iFly 737 model you are going to use. I guess your problem is the result of not having done this after adding FS2Crew.Cheers,Henri
  6. Bryan,I noticed that when using the voice version in FS9, toggling on the FS2Crew main panel using joystick or keyboard press ("AUTOFEATHER ARMING ON/OFF") does not work. I first opened and closed the panel by pressing the Standby Attidue Indicator. Closing the panel works if I press my programmed joystick or use the appropriate key press, but subsequently opening the panel does not work. For the button version of FS2Crew I do not have a problem, i.e. I can open and close the FS2Crew main panel by pressing the programmed button. I am using Vista Home Premium with Service pack 2.I am wondering whether this is a problem unique to my system or are other people suffering from the same issue.Best regards,Henri
  7. Did you also activate FS2Crew using the iFly aircraft configurator?Cheers,Henri
  8. I am pretty sure those were two separate questions and your answer was correct for the first one.Cheers,Henri
  9. John,I wrote to take a look at the iFly manual for the 737NG. I did not say it was in the FS2CREW manual. I assume that people who use the iFly 737NG at least have taken a look at the manual belonging to this wonderful plane.Cheers,Henri
  10. Command A refers to activating the autopilot. Take a look at the iFly manual.Cheers,Henri
  11. I understood that "Obtain Pushback/Start Clearance" meant obtain this clearance from tower. I use RC4 and this is the perfect flow. I ask for the actual pushback after the "Before Start Checklist". No problems indeed when using this order.Cheers,Henri
  12. Bryan,Sounds great. Looking forward to it. FS2CREW really improves the immersion factor.Best regards,Henri
  13. Bryan,In the iFly forum another forum member (Speedbird) gave me the information I was looking for: http://ifly.flight1.net/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=1910&PID=18848#18848"The engine driven pumps are left ON all the time because that allows the hydraulic pump shutoff solenoid to remain de-energized to allow pump pressure in the system. Eng pumps are not turned off, thus allowing for thermal expansion after shutdown, Also they should remain ON at shutdown to prolong solenoid life."FS2CREW sequence is the proper one. Sorry if I caused confusion.Best regards,Henri
  14. Hi Bryan,I tried to find the sequence on the video's I own for the 737NG. Without luck so far. However, finally I found some footage on YouTube showing that the engine hydraulic pumps are turned on before the electrical hydraulic pumps are. This is in agreement with the flow of FS2CREW and opposite of what the iFly manual states. I realize that procedures may vary from one carrier to another, but so far there is no reason to believe that your order is wrong. For reference I include the link to the mentioned footage: Take a look around 0:33 and 1:03.Best regards,Henri
  15. Hi Bryan,Excellent news. Thanks a lot. I am looking forward to it.Best regards,Henri
  16. Hi Bryan,Would it be possible to assign a key stroke to opening/closing of the FS2CREW main panel? It really would be nice if I could map a yoke button to this action, since I try to have the main panel in my view as little as possible. Having such a possiblility would allow instant opening/closing of the panel.Best regards,Henri
  17. Hi Bryan,I notice that in the pre-flight procedure the engine hydraulic pumps are turned on and the electrical hydraulic pumps remain turned off. The latter are turned on during the before start procedure. Is this really the proper order? From the iFly 737 tutorial I understand that it should be the other way around, i.e., electrical hydraulic pumps on after starting the APU and engine hydraulic pumps on just before starting the engines. To me that makes sense as well.I do have to say that this version of FS2CREW really is fabulous. Congratulations.Best regards,Henri
  18. Hi,Perhaps the original problem with your traffic is related to having double afcad-files for some of your airports. You mention you have Aerosoft Heathrow. You did not happen to use another third party afcad for that airport, which you forgot to disable?Good luck,Henri
  19. Dear Mark,Part of the iFly forum is accessible to the general public. It is really unfortunate that the other part of the forum has to be closed in order to prevent support to people who illegally obtained the software. The good have to suffer from the bad, but that's the way it is. BTW I am in no way related to iFly, but I can tell you that their 737NG is by far the best simulator of the 737 I have seen for FS9. I regard it second to no other airliner simulator in all aspects. And their customer support is by far better than anything else you will encounter.Best regards,Henri
