Windows 7 is completely updated with Service Pack 1.Just not happening ! If any other suggestions, please let me know

is there a way you can send me the drivers ? and I do not have to run the software per say to download the drivers ?It still freezes nonetheless..And i have no clue absolutely why Hi Johan,Its completely a brand new system, is there a way to work around the drivers ?Also is the MFD working on your x52pro ?

John,I have tried downloading the drivers from the site, but it opens a screen where it says Plug in your controller to updateand then it says, updating your drivers, this process may take some time. Well I have left it to update for more than some time. It just freezes after a while..

Captains,I got my much awaited new system to fly the 737NGX but to my most unexpected imagination, somehow my Saitek X52PRO, just doesnt seem to work with windows 7 home premium 64 bit. The moment i plug it in, I just cant open any browser as such, or fsx for that matter and have to completely reboot, Downloading the drivers or software, from the website is not possible, because that too freezes. Any of you gurus out there with a possible suggestion or solution , I can promise you a lifetime of unlimited help flying the 737ng from real world prospective if any.Which are the other joysticks good enough to fly the 737ngx on fsx ?

Did you intially change some settings ? Reg keys ? or anything ? I have been trying to find something on the saitek forums, but nothing clearly specified.I have no lights on the MFD or the throttle quadrant. It does show on the FSX CP. I was trying to load the profiles from the software earlier as I use to. But the software just doesnt want to Install.Is there a guide how to create separate profiles using FSUIPC ?

After plugging my Saitek X52 Pro, I was expecting windows to automatically detect the joystick but it did not.Tried installing the driver from the cd, but it just freezes.I have tried, downloading the driver from the saitek website as well - After running it, it asks me to plug in the joystick, Doing so it says, it runs the Driver Setup screen, showing "the process may take some time".How long is sometime for ? I have kept it running for sometime.Is there any other way out ? Please Help

The buzzer you heard was probably the Cabin Altitude Warning. And Can be switched off the Alt Horn Cut Out Switch on the Overhead. Hearing the horn post 10,000 feet is basically when your cabin altitude is climbing leading to a rapid Depressurization. After which you need to accomplish the cabin altitude warning/rapid depressurization checklist. About your passengers being dead - Yes, thats why the checklist is a memory item and to be memorized so that we dont have to look around in the QRH. If its coming after take-off which is a bit weird, and shouldnt ! It may come just as you set take off thrust, which may be a take-off config warning, where your flaps arent in take off range/asymmetry, stabs not in trim range/parking brake set etc.

I re-installed the PMDG 737NGX, without the hotfix and somehow it seemed to work with no CTD'S. However, No GPWS callouts on Landing or Caution Warnings eitherway. Also, no sound of the stabilizer trim when trimming. Have all my options to yes in the Sound settings, still nothing. Anyone also getting a massive drop in FPS playing online ? IVAO ? I know about the crashes otherwise, but any Help ?

What are your m14x specifications ? Add - ons ? ( REX, 737NGX, etc ) I did have a look at the m14x, but wanted a bigger screen as such comparatively.

No, F/D commands on take off roll even if they are turned on. How do you activate the TO/GA ? or to set up a keyboard command for the TO/GA switches to activate on take off roll. I have a keyboard command setup on the fsx default commands, but doesnt seem to work. I pressume, once i hit TO/GA, the F/D bars should come up automatically ? That works, and how Do i put the view point UP ?

Hi, In the 2d Cockpit View, how can I assign a key command for the seat PITCH adjustment, if any ? I've tried the default assignement from FSX, but that doesnt seem to work. The reason, is on final approach, the runway is not visible until after "touchdown". i/e Being on proper glidepath - Established. Also, the F/D bars are not visible on the PFD, Until a ROLL/PITCH mode is selected on or after take-off roll. Was just wondering, cause the F/D bars should show up the moment its switch to ON. ( On ground ) Finally, After probably doing a flight with the -900ngx, and coming back to the select a flight page, to change aircraft to the -800ngx, there are frequent CTD, saying ran out of memory. I've installed the HOTFIX, as well, hoping for a solution.. Anyone else having the same issues ? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I recently purchased the Saitek X52pro, however I have been trying to set up the YES/NO buttons on the X52pro, (buttons 26/27..i.e the POV on the throttle.) Unfortunat)ely, it does not work whatsoever and I always have to use the keyboard. It worked great when I used the Sidewinder Force feeback.Not sure, if its something to do with FS2crew or the x52pro profile itself. Any suggestions from you Guru's out there will be great.(Just my first post, not sure if this is the right place to put it in. Go easy on me.
